I like that it is able to;
- Pull customer information and contact info. from the email.
-Map the email domains to the existing records and opportunities inside Salesforce
-Create a timeline lineage on customer touch points through the interface
-Ability to create new salesforce records through a point & click functionality
-Create tasks associated with deals or contacts that we need following up with
-The ability to see the opportunities and deals that are associated with tasks and email exchanges that would be otherwise fragmented.
Sometimes the application will;
-Pull the wrong email addresses for the customer
-Map the email exchange to the wrong opportunities or records inside salesforce
