What I like best is how easy it is to use. The Chrome extension allows for easy login. The pop up in Linkedin allows the user to see the contacts that are added and the date they were added. The price point is very affordable.
What do you dislike?
Getting a response from customer service sometimes takes too long. The extension can be wonky in Chrome. The user needs to refresh Chrome a few times before it starts to work properly. Also, the system does not notify you when you are out of credits. You can be prospecting and think names are being added, but they are not.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The software is used for prospecting. SalesInteeligent allows the user to find phone numbers and email address that are hard to find. It has allowed me to find contacts and set up appointments that i was not able to do before i used the software.
