"Sales Made easy?"

What do you like best?

Salesseek is created as an innovative and creative technology. There are many new and fresh ideas that want to change the way people see and foresee their sales process and forecast.

What do you dislike?

All the best ideas aren't meant to work. Changes and innovation in the way something should work can't always be a fit and/or a genuine idea. You come down, sometimes to basics simply not working. Tasks being too long to show up, system running slow, search bar not smart at all and requiring you to be precise in your wordings otherwise it wouldn't simply show up any result. Delivering a very graphical product is a great achievement but it should make it's basic job and then be built on a strong and reliable base in order to add further features to the existing and satisfactory ones.

Recommendations to others considering the product

SalesSeek is a system that can be valuable for smaller business that don't need to have a lot of additional fields otherwise this can quickly end up being very very messy and so complex to understand.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use this and so resolve our needs of CRM and internal communication about our customers.

"Okay for what you get"

What do you like best?

It is a CRM that works, you build what you want however there are some things within SS that make it hard to use.

What do you dislike?

The speed of it - It can take far too long for loading, also the ability to open up certain things in seperate windows really does slow the system down for us. There is no calendar view to be able to see tasks like that - It can make things hard. When it runs slow it really runs slow and this can make it very hard for us to use. Also the task management system in there could be so much better in terms of being able to be more responsive. Having to search for certain fields which we use on a day to day basis does not always show up
