"SAP Contact Center"

What do you like best?

The SAP Contact Center product provides integrates with SAP business applications and SAP Cloud offerings to provide omnichannel customer engagement. One of the main strengths is that “the SAP Contact Center is a scalable suite with multitenant properties by way of virtual units, aligning it well with SAP Cloud.” And, the company is continuously developing new products in its SAP Labs division.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike about it as it has a lot of potential and can be tuned with a lot of requirements and functionality. All depends on what you want to get from it.

Recommend as a great tool for managing.

It is a great customer call center management tool in additional to the set and complex.

"Unique Communication tool between service provider and clients"

What do you like best?

I like it's automatic handling of inquiries which basically speed up help desk's response time.

What do you dislike?

Nothing wrong with this product. Only need some change management to be acquainted with this product to take full advantage of this product.

Recommendations to others considering the product

To me it is a very useful product for it's unique functionality and if your company implements SAP then why not have this automated tool to speed up day to day operations.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It improved SAP Help Desk's performance with real-time visibility into operations. It also speed up response time by a very significant amount of time.

"SAP"

What do you like best?

I really enjoy the SAP interface. You can do many things within the SAP system and it is a very clear interface.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the system itself will kick me out randomly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use the SAP program for things like looking up inventory and where it went to. It is a lot quicker than our previous system.

"SAP - Dominating ERP"

What do you like best?

It has wide verity of apps which helps you customize your end goal to achieve the requirements of your enterprise needss

What do you dislike?

Very custom software. If you need to learn more about the confugrations you will not find study materials or that many CBTs to guide you through to get the best out of it.

"Financial Analyst"

What do you like best?

The friendly, quick service I was provided. The answers to my questions were exactly what I needed!

What do you dislike?

Nothing really. Received my responses in timely manner. Good all the way around.

A couple of the SAP GL accounts were locked, couldn't figure out why, so I sent a message for answers.

"Time entry and processing invoice"

What do you like best?

The ease to navigate from screen to screen and input time for multiple users. It makes processing invoices simple.

What do you dislike?

Does not easily print needed materials in usable formats. Could use better formatting to print.
