What do you like best?
The SAP Contact Center product provides integrates with SAP business applications and SAP Cloud offerings to provide omnichannel customer engagement. One of the main strengths is that “the SAP Contact Center is a scalable suite with multitenant properties by way of virtual units, aligning it well with SAP Cloud.” And, the company is continuously developing new products in its SAP Labs division.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing to dislike about it as it has a lot of potential and can be tuned with a lot of requirements and functionality. All depends on what you want to get from it.
