What do you like best?

I like the reporting capabilities and ease of use after orientation to the system.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the codes to get to different screens. You may not even know that a screen or option exists if you don't know the code to it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is an excellent system for requisition and PO creation as well as invoicing and reporting.

"User Interface and Functionality Needs Updating"

What do you like best?

There aren't too many steps for entering my time sheets which is nice. The best part is the copy from previous day's hour function.

What do you dislike?

Entering time is tedious- the system should remember previous schedules, especially if you work the same hours each week, and let you copy entire time sheets. Additionally, they don't provide detailed instructions for using other functions such as expense sheet entry. Password recovery is also a nightmare.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am required to use the FieldGlass tool by my employer, but if it were up to me I'd chose a newer software that's been updated more recently and has a more easy going and friendly user interface. The fact that there's not an easy to use mobile app is concerning given the potential is certainly there.

"Easy to Maneuver thru familair functions"

What do you like best?

The ability to set some parameters so they don't change

What do you dislike?

Some fields can't be set to stay they same so that the same input doesn't;'t have to be keyed in repeatedly. Should be able to get to another screen on the screen you are currently using.
