What do you like best?

Integration with Hybris commerce along with HANA Rule framework, applications based with Fiori application which can easily access with web tools

What do you dislike?

email campaning server integration have restriction which need subsription with SAP only, was not able to do it from our local email server

Recommendations to others considering the product

The best marketing product to use from SAP, as the support of quality is realy great and appreciate the hybris consultant for the active recommendation to setup the system, really easy to setup, access, configure with real time data pulling from online consumer resources.

build customer profile for the real time dynamic way to pull the consumer data from different online sources with improved performance system. helped customer from browising to move into improved purchasing manner.

"Very good program if you have ITs support"

What do you like best?

Its in-depth user buying/engagement cycle from start to finish as well as the built in insights and recommendations for extending communication to the customer.

What do you dislike?

There's no try-then-buy. And you have to have SAP in order to use it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Think about what you need before using this application. If you are a part of an organization that is hungry to expand upon customer experience, user data within e-commerce platforms and very serious about linking social/digital touchpoints with buying trends, then this may be a very worthy consideration. Also consider, this is not a try and buy type product; our organization bought SAP and this was one of the (many) add-ons that was purchased separately within the SAP integration. Also, our company is a large manufacturing company with hundreds of thousands of SKUs-- consider more agile platforms if you are a SaaS or are responsible for fewer numbers of SKUs.

The robustness of the platform was very impressive; the insights from the first touchpoint to the latest, the user's trends, syncing social media touchpoints, understanding their cart, synching the user with other users within their company to understand their correlations (influencer, buyer, etc) was very impressive. it wasn't just a broad-brush or best-guess approach to understanding the customer's journey.

Being able to import mockups and allow for digital editing seemed to be a very pleasing feature; we currently have Workfront implemented within my organization to take care of job management and proofing while SAPHM is in the throes of implementation. However, once SAPHM is implemented, we will begin to discuss how we want to continue our relationship with our proofing software vendors.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are closing the gap between internal business knowledge and what the customer wants to hear. We've operated far too long assuming customer thoughts, vernacular and trends and this brings all of that to light.
