"Love this software for revenue cycle services "

What do you like best?

I love how detailed the program is and how easily you can browse through each tab and quickly learn where to go for what. It’s also very helpful in full cycle billing & collections. You can make & submit claims, adjustments, and many more actions.

What do you dislike?

Some actions take a lot of steps to complete and aren’t very user friendly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving collections issues. I realized a lot of data stored in Epic is put in incorrectly which creates billing errors.

"User friendly interface, large number of customization options"

What do you like best?

I like that the user interface is friendly and it is fairly easy to learn to build in if you do not have an IT background, especially when attending classes at Epic headquarters. The Epic certification process is straightforward as well. Epic offers a lot of customization options, and allows for easy compliance with CMS directives.

What do you dislike?

It is a very complex system, which is intimidating to those without a broad technical IT background.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are meeting CMS requirements, helping to obtain Joint Commission certifications, streamlining processes, and improving efficiency and tracking of our processes.
