It is secure and enables multiple remote session without causing any lag or disconnect of the sessions.
The level of connecting to various third-party remote access is just awesome and gave full control to support the enterprise clients during my job. It has also provided the control of turning ON/OFF of the gatekeepers for the clients by ensuring controlled across to the business. It also provides the dashboard like the feature where the administrator or user can monitor the sessions in use and can take necessary actions. Securelink also enables the user irrespective of the admin to add the remote server without any issue and enables the user/admin to search the gatekeeper, host, and customer with the various search filters. And this awesome!!!
"My Securelink" only shows the recent sessions, rather it should enable the user to save the important gatekeepers for later use.
I would recommend Securelink any given day, because of it is easy implementation, administration and excellent remote access.
Business Problem: Providing quality product delivery in clients environment through remote sessions and Securelink has enabled this feasibility to work remotely from any geography.
Security is not something to mess with. From a compliance point of view, it covers all your requirements but it is still user friendly. You don't need to be an IT expert to run the gatekeeper. It keeps track of who's on, and doing what.
Maybe there could be something done around mobility? Some customers like to turn the gatekeeper on/off. Maybe it would be useful to be able to it with some kind of enterprise app?
Give it a try... It's so easy to implement and maintain. It has helped us consolidate all the different VPNs, tunnels, and connectivity for our on premise customers. Security is a #1 priority for companies these days. Being able to choose when to allow people to connect and to which environments, and keeping track of what anyone is doing at a certain time for audit purposes helps you sleep well at night. What's so neat, is it makes the business users be able to do things, without IT's help. Particularly if the gatekeeper will be in some PC with windows then it's just a piece of cake.
Being in support, it can be messy to keep track of all the different connectivity types to our customers environments. This is a one-stop shop for reaching all our customers and their environments. When there are hardware or network changes at our customers sites, its a very straightforward process to update theo hosts and go back to normal.
Accessing gatekeeper is easy. Security compliant and convenient to use. Less bugs and support is phenomenal . I can even use it from my personal computer so flexible enough application. It has also provided the control of turning ON/OFF of the gatekeepers for the clients by ensuring controlled across to the business.
While connecting to multiple clients speed is an issue. Sometimes the gatekeeper is not available when services are down and we have to wait for long hours to get the work done. But it happens once in a blue moon.Overall a satisfactory application .
It is a great application to go for .For taking rdp it is one of the best in the market. i have been using it over an year its works flawlessly.
i am working in healthcare domain and connect to various clients server using secure link .It has helped us consolidate all the different VPNs, tunnels, and connectivity for our on premise customers. It is easy to connect and to keep a check on traffic and to check how many users are connected it has options to check.
Easy to give access to vendors to get into my severs. I am able to tell when a vendor is accessing my servers and able to control when they can have access. I love being able to also see what a vendor did in my servers when they have completed. Being able to track that helps when there are issues with what was done in the server.
I have not really found anything that I dislike so far. I love being able to manage when a customer can access the system.
It is nice being able to control when a vendor accessing my servers. I know why they are getting in and also be able to track their steps.

2.Easy to use and with ultimate speed. it never feels us that we are working on remote.
3.we can easily Track who is connected and working on a secure link.
overall we can say its easy to use, robust and secure makes secure link perfect.
4.From a compliance point of view, it covers all your requirements but it is still user-friendly.
the dislikes are as below
1. The Design structure should be changed with more user-friendly UI.
else overall a fantastic product.
2.Sometimes I have issues connecting to my VPN, but issues were always resolved quickly.Sometimes the gatekeeper is not available when services are down and we have to wait for long hours to get the work done
Secure link is best produdct for who are working with remote clients. It's so easy to implement and maintain. It has helped us consolidate all the different VPNs, tunnels, and connectivity for our on premise customers.
I am connecting to remote desktop every day and allows me to work with easy to use interface and robust speed. I would strongly recommend this product who are in the IT Business using remote services.
I would say Implement it if you are needed a secure method for vendors to access.
I love that I can log into work quickly when I am running late. On the history tab, I am able to see all of my time sessions. The auditing Securelink offers is extensive. I like that the users connect to a central server and then the gatekeeper is listening for new requests to connect. SecureLink meets the needs of our organization for Privileged Access Management. We have successfully rolled this out to all external vendors, and their access to our production environment.

I like the connectivity that it establishes with in few seconds to a minute or two and the established connection last until the point I want to disconnect. The connection is very stable. Its easy, the GUI is very friendly and the connectivity is excellent. In my experience of 7.5 years in this organisation, I never came across any situation where an implementation was delayed or cancelled due to the secure link connectivity issues. I really feel that this is one of the best tool my organisation uses on a daily basis to resolve the end users issues. I strongly recommend this product to any upcoming startup's that has similar kind of setup where in they need to access the clients servers on a day to day basis. I feel proud to use this tool.
Sometimes it becomes very difficult to get connected to the remote servers due to network related issues. These issues are majorly caused due to the connectivity lost on the clients end or if the servers that you are trying to connect are switched off.
I would surely recommend Securelink Secure Remote access to other clients as well
We normally work on the clients servers remotely and we use the securelink secure remote access to access those servers and fix all the connectivity issues and other application issues. There are many benefits of using this tool, to name a few we can copy the files on the clients server and it would be a hassle free experience.
That I am able to access customer accounts through one VPN. Before Securelink, we used whatever VPN the client provided. This was insecure (due to multiple people needing access and the customer not always know who had left the company) and different VPN's often caused conflict on the same computer. Securelink allows me to go through the company to gain access to customer's systems. If I leave, the company cuts off my access. The customer's love it because they know exactly who is in their systems and when.
Customers often set our initial password to expire and require a change immediately, but when using SecureLink, I can't get on the server to change the password. The customer has to set our password to not expire and many don't like that. I also hate that when I minimize a remote session within a few minutes of logging on, it disconnects me, but after a certain timeframe, I can minimize and it does not disconnect me.
From a user prospective, this product greatly improved my ability to remotely support customer systems. I worked in this industry for many years prior to using this product and it has made things so much better and easier in meeting my job requirements.

The ability to track vendors as to when they log onto a server. The vendors also cannot choose how to log in, they are assigned a user id that can be used to track on issues.
You can check the connection history for a vendor and check what vendor rep is logged on at any moment.
It would be good to be able to view what servers have been assigned to a vendor. at the moment you need to go through the connection process to view the servers.
When you need to add a new vendor it would be helpful if the process can be expedited; sometimes it takes a week or more to get a vendor added.
Implement if you need a secure method for vendors to access your Application Servers
It gives us the security of how a vendor can access a server. Unless they are part of Securelink they cannot log in. In the event of troubleshooting an application issue you can track when a vendor logged in, for how long, etc...

I like the fact that they are still relatively small as an organization. I have strong communication channels with the support staff and they are extremely responsive to any questions I have.
It's a well thought of product.
ava based. Always an issue. I know they are working on this and it will be Javaless if we need it. I know that Java can cause issues across the board and I understand the need of it, but it does not make it any better when there are Java issues.
Stronger integration with the Active Directory. Currently its only read-only, which is good and bad.
I would love to see an App. I know they are working on this as well.
SecureLink meets the needs of my organization for Privileged Access Management. I have successfully rolled this out to all external vendors, and their access to our production environment. I have found that the product is very easy and intuitive to understand how to use. I'm also in the process of rolling this out to the internal employees so we can have a bit more control around the production environment. I'm currently at about 15% for the internal roll out.

It is the fastest and easiest way to SSH into servers. It is super intuitive!

Works great for controlling access to the systems. It's very nice to have the log and recordings of activity.
The user interface for performing administration could be refined a bit. There are a lot of obscure links for important functions, like approving someone's access.
Allowing system access to vendors while minimizing risk to the network. This was worked very well to isolate them to specific machines and have an audit trail of everything that they did while logged on.

We use it as a replacement for new clients tunnels, in place of a B2B VPN.
