What do you like best?
I work at an agency and use many different SEO tools. seoClarity is by far the most comprehensive. It has tons of features available to track, analyze and make recommendations for our clients, many are necessary on a daily basis. The platform Is very robust and combines the functions of multiple tools, requiring fewer external account subscriptions or logins to other tools.
Of the tools I use more regularly for things such as keyword data extracts, Clarity records provides exceptional amounts of granular data (generally quite quickly). For things I use less often, Clarity provides data driven models and fairly simple processes to perform analyses.
What do you dislike?
Some of the tools within the platform are written from a developers standpoint and can be tough to use and understand immediately.
Their site crawl capability is pretty good, however out takes longer and is a little less robust in terms of reporting (compared to other crawl tools).
It happens pretty infrequently (and will seemingly happen with any super tech focused industry), but sometimes there are server disconnects where data will not match it's source (GA, Omniture, etc.). And sometimes exports will not come through for a very long time or not at all, though very infrequently.
The positive about this is that their support team is very responsive and timely about providing solutions and manual exports.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Request a demo and a walk thru of sone of the more advanced features. If you're considering an enterprise platform, it's tough to find something as comprehensive yet granular and data focused. I'm still discovering features to help our clients.
