1.Many cracks that allow for user error.
If your not extremely careful you will lose info which in turn is lost revenue.
2. To many steps when entering jobs.
3. CRM is useless
4. No intergration with sales force or other CRM's. Trying to get an API
5. Reporting seldom works,
6. Constant problems when updates occur.
You would figure they would let you know in advance, but usually we find out after the update and then the problems we have.
7. Barcoding is a joke.
8. Terrified to move to the mobile, can't afford the problems that would most likely occur.
9. Overall it looks like a product from the 90's
Not very user friendly
