What do you like best?

Very easy to manage workflow using this tool. Tracking and monitoring is very easy which help mangers to track work and escalate when required.

What do you dislike?

It can be streamlined and should allow personalization to users. Have some challenges integrating with email requests.

"This is an electronic database within which we update and edit our weekly calendars."

What do you like best?

I like that you can see who edited what and when. It is an ongoing time log.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that I can't use google chrome to edit documents through share point.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving the issues of juggling multiple schedules. We are excited to use this tool to keep quality control on certain documents because of the date and time and person time stamps.
