Sharethrough is on the right track for native advertising, which publishers know is the way to go nowadays to increase revenue and growth. The platform allows for A/B testing of headlines and photos--you have the ability to create multiple versions of the creative with various headlines/photos that are updated in real time. For campaign purposes with a client, Sharethrough provides a complete report of how well the campaign performed on a publisher's website, breaking down the information by either date or channel (news, sports, entertainment, etc.). It also allows for optimization of the headlines you create, and showcases which headline/photo combination performs best. The in-feed native ad placement can be customized within a publisher's site, and allows a client/advertiser's name to be showcased. The platform is easy to use and very straightforward.
What do you dislike?
Sharethrough offers many pros, but it does not allow for geotargeting. An in-feed native advertisement will only be placed in the specific channels you specified and can be broken down more granularly.

Sharethrough allows us to promote a client/advertiser's story on our site, in feed. The ad can either be clicked out to the advertiser's site or redirect a reader to our publisher's channels.
