What do you like best?
Shopify Plus gives us the most amount of flexibility when it comes to launching compelling shopping experiences, the ability to integrate deeper with a wider range of systems, and the confidence knowing Shopify will treat our clients with white glove tech and account supports.
Shopify at it's core is powerful. Shopify Plus is that little kick in the pants that let's merchants do a whole lot more.
A robust API and increased availability of development options lets our team deliver solutions that would take 10x the systems investment for a typical launch on another platform.
What do you dislike?
Multi-store and localization are tricky, but like all platforms there are drawbacks that can be overcome with the right engineering and management of a project.
The POS integration is decent, but still in it's infancy, Little Rocket crew looks forward to the day that apps on POS mimic the apps available to the on-line component.
Arguably the content management of Pages and Blogs needs to be reworked. It's limiting that we have to work within a box when it comes to /pages... I would kill for the freedom I used to have on self-hosted systems, but that trade-off pales when it comes to never dealing with the BS of maintaining the backend systems.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We launch new and old companies on Shopify. Big and small. B2B to B2C, and whatever lies in between. We've produced corporate sites that just want to be on Shopify and have no desire to sell product online, to stores with 10K plus SKU's that need every integration in the book.
Custom apps are lovely and a wonderful way to open the doors to custom features not offered by the platform.
We've realized the benefit in using Shopify Plus is letting it do what it does best – provide a super easy to admin sales channel.
