Sign up, enter your event information into the ShowGizmo web dashboard, and invite participants. They'll download from their store, login and view your event information which you can update at any time. Going mobile has never been so easy.
The app set up was relatively easy. Support person given - enthusiastic.
What do you dislike?
Support person was based in the US. No 'real time' support available - not ideal. We were charged something that wasn't delivered...when picked up on and asked for refund of the additional $500 paid - they went quiet. Numerous emails to ask for a refund and phone calls....zip!
Conference was app only - times were all over the place....queried this, but again....silence! Very frustrating
Recommendations to others considering the product
On the day it worked okay, but the over charging and lack of communication is not acceptable. There are many similar apps available only too pleased to have your business with good feedback
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
A refund would be good...conference was 2 months ago and other than taking them to court...overall very disappointed as we had previously used ShowGizmo and were happy. Next year, we will be supporting an alternative App provider - their loss!
