What do you like best?
It's quick, easy, and intuitive to setup an account and start using immediately. We also like the name, as it sounds more professional than some other Document Signing services. I automatically re-sends reminders to the signer every few days. The dashboard shows when a person has viewed it or not, or if they have opened it. This program is very helpful overall. It also helps is track agreements sent out and who we need to follow-up with. Quick response from the support team, when needed. I don't know what else I could say about this service, except that they have a great free plan to check out their service initially.
What do you dislike?
Only works with PDF documents; the option to use HTML documents would be good. Other than that, no problems so far. Even if an agreement needs a reminder sent, or canceled, it's easy to do from the dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Enter "Message" as you would like the Subject to display in email to the contacts.
Take advantage of the "Attach Files" to send manuscripts or other project-related materials.
