"Scoring system Rocks! Customers love it!"

What do you like best?

The score, it's easy to explain and does not confuse the customer. This is the best of the product. Overall it gives you a quick snapshot of the website and how it compares to others.

What do you dislike?

Foursquare is old why are you using this for Local still. I would check our Bing Local as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Do more integration. Check to see if the website listed on LinkedIn. I would love to see checking Restaurants sites opentable, grubhub, others if you select this is a restaurant.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Helps me get a foot in the door with my clients. It is so easy to show what the customer website is doing right and where they can improve.

"Useful for the right user"

What do you like best?

I was subscribed to Silktide Prospect back when it was still called Haystack. It was a great tool then to quickly audit small businesses' digital presence. I liked specifically how smooth the entire platform worked.

What do you dislike?

It's a tool you use for specific need. The reports/audits are powerful, but are only surface-level information. If you want more powerful reports, more insightful audits, then better look elsewhere. Sitebeam, which Silktide also created, would be best for that.

Consider it if you're looking for a tool you can use to qualify leads, present to leads, and prove expertise. Best partnered with your own sheet that calculates ROI for digital marketing

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Presentation to sales, quickly providing value to business owners. It's great to pull out a laptop or ipad then then and there audit the site of your prospect and then offer them the solution.
