What do you like best?
The data that you store in SimpleDB can be accessed from the Internet and from EC2. The security of that data is vital for many applications, while the security of the underlying web services account should be important to everyone. To protect data integrity, access to SimpleDB, no matter what type, is protected by account credentials. Every request must provide the correct and authorized digital signature(s) or else it is rejected with an error code.
What do you dislike?
There are still some modifications that could be done to high request load handling. There are some instances when you notice a severe latency all determined by the load at hand, but could be more efficient in its request handling.
