What do you dislike?
The one and only complain we have with SingleHop resides to the handling of abuse complaints.
Most complains are legitimate and are resolved without a problem.
However rouge complaints will come through where the claims are false, simply not a valid complaint or missing relevant data in order for us to resolve the complaint.
Some more attention on verifying legitimacy of complains would resolve this.
