We used GEP for the supplier registration aspect of our business. I liked how you could send a link and suppliers were able to register themselves. The process for the suppliers was also very simple and straight forward. I also liked how we were able to track things about our suppliers that we were unable to before such as if they were preferred or not.
What do you dislike?
I didn't love how our suppliers were organized within our system. It was sometimes tricky to search. Also, the application allowed for our suppliers to provide so much information, but we did not need that all for our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product
GEP is a great tool, it definitely assist with the ease of tracking and adding suppliers. I would recommend tailoring the tool to your type of business so you do not have fields/parts of the application that you do not need.

We are solving the issue of tracking and registering suppliers. Before GEP we did all the additions manually which was very overwhelming. Allowing them to add themselves was a huge help.
