Nice UI that mimicks Salesforce and is extremely easy to use. I also really like the user dashboard that they have as well.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there is a lag between when you upload an email to Salesforce and when it actually gets in there. Also I cannot yet customize what type of task I want the emails to log as since our default it call. T heir salespeople were not very patient as our procurement process took sometime being with it being end of quarter and our company being tied up in our own deals and on the smaller side.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I would certainly look into it as the UI mimics SalesForce and have yet to have any usability or support issues. The one thing I will say is their salespeople are relentless. Good for them, but can be annoying for the someone who does want to purchase but internal procurement is a slower process. However I respect their aggressive sales tactics.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Making it easier for reps to log activity into salesforce eliminating excuses and helping those who perform activities to showcase them easier. Also allows for more details in the contacts to lie within salesforce. I also think the reporting dashboard and tracking emails is nice.
