Very useful tool (meets requirements, ease of use and doing business with).
The visual management is crystal clear and comfortable, and report out is helpful for the efficiency of the recruitment, and even more between operations and HR departments (comments, quotations, notes, etc).
Nothing more to say if the HR department is able to store digital and manual applications (this could be a strong point if applicant is not aware of current opportunities) > communication of job description within different plateforms is very easy (LinkedIn, Viadeo, Messenger, etc).
I am really convinced that people should invest in such a software in order to be able to manage the process in a efficient way of business. And this tool is not specific for HR department, but could also provide a lot of improvements for production and operations supports. It is really a complete asset for organisation implementation and lean organisation. It may be also use for Knowledge Management, thanks to the history of data and completion of job descriptions. The Smart Recruiter tool is also meeting the expectation regarding the requirements on follow up in a complex application (multi sites or different actors for a unique job recruitment).
