"Social Metrix Review"

What do you like best?

I like that is allows me to analyze my own social media analytics while comparing it to my competition.

What do you dislike?

It is very pricey, while somewhat worth it, I can use other tools for free.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are only using basic metrics for analyzing, this will provide you with much more information to grow your social media in the right direction.

"Back to the future"

What do you like best?

What i like the most is the organization of the information.

What do you dislike?

What I like least is the inability to measure new social networks such as Periscope & (not new) Snapchat or Vine.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would include analysis of private messages and incorporate a product of customer service.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted a platform that unified all social networks metrics by centralizing the answers.

What do you like best?

La simpleza de la plataforma te permite ver de manera rápida un reporte customizable para entender semana a semana como se distribuye el share of voice de los términos importantes para la comunicación de la empresa.

Excelente el servicio de atención, cómo cliente siempre encuentro al team de Socialmetrix comprometidos con las problemáticas que uno plantea, super rápidos y amables en la solución a diferentes cuestiones del día a día y eso les agrega un valor que los diferencia.
