"Spider is a great tool to understand many types of Twitter behavior."

What do you like best?

I like the ability to combine a combination of keywords, hashtags, twitter handles into one search and then filter later on for in depth analysis. The filter options are great to slice and dice the twitter content and understand communities and the profiles of those members. I really like the ability to export profile results to a twitter list to be used by other platforms and tools. The recent additions of top URL's and top Media in the reporting is a great enhancement.

What do you dislike?

I would like to be able to see the summary reports (top mentions, top URL's keywords, reach, top hashtags, etc.) after I apply a filter on profiles. I understand this is in the development plan.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Great Tool. Play with key words and hashtags you know in search to understand the reporting.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am working on identifying infuencers, top Hashtags for key words, and understand the community around a certain set of search Parameters. I also do key word search on Twitter Profiles to understand the makeup of those engaging in the discussion.

"User friendly"

What do you like best?

Social Audience is very user friendly, you don't need any skills to use it.

What do you dislike?

I haven't found anything really that i don't like about it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We aren't solving any problems as much as we are seeing how many people visit the site and how many times they do so.
