It is a great idea- enable social collaboration and sharing in a controlled, corporate space. File storage and sharing options are great, and the implementation works well for many enterprise needs.
What do you dislike?
The actual social feed aspect- the place where you go, looking for updates- is difficult to search and updated in real-time. In a large organization, it becomes difficult to ensure that you haven't missed information.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Make sure that your company is at the correct scale and sophistication to migrate toward a network and away from focusing on email.
