What do you like best?
- Socialware works well in companies that are heavily regulated and feel the influence of Compliance teams. As a user, I can post and schedule tweets and LinkedIn posts very easily, and leave them open for review.
- The ability to track mentions of our brand name allows us to see not only where we can engage directly with consumers, but also where there is compromising or potentially damaging information that requires our attention.
What do you dislike?
- Many social interactions that would be useful to see (such as likes and retweets) are blocked by the tool, meaning it is often difficult to see exactly how our clients have engaged.
Recommendations to others considering the product
An excellent platform for scheduling and having social media posts approved, but for 'users' some functions are blocked that would otherwise be helpful to see.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ease of submitting tweets and LinkedIn posts for approval makes this a valuable tool for regulated industries.
