The Soffront CRM application is comprised of Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Customer Support, Employee Support, Defect Tracking, Knowledge Management, Order Processing, Asset Management, CRM Portal, Mobile CRM and more.
Soffront is great for small businessand not looking for a lot of bells and whistles. Everything comes standard out of the box, with little to no customization, which in some instances could be a good thing. IT handles a lot of the same stuff that Salesfroce does, but without the customization.
What do you dislike?
The pricing for Professional edition (full blown) is up there with Salesforce, so I would recommend going the Salesfroce route. Not having much customization also could be a negative if you have a niche business.

For a small business, without strong IT staff or support, it's worth the free trial to see if it fits your needs.
