"Very Happy"

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to perform the daily tasks.

The software is set up perfectly for what I need.

Ryan does an excellent job of following up even without a request of information.

What do you dislike?

I haven't found anything I dislike.

So far this software has been quite fluid

better flow from start to finish for keeping my tasks in line.

What do you like best?

I like the completion of installing the system. The staff is generous with knowledge and patience. I am not a patient computer person

It's all good..I needed to settle down to work on my business.

"Easy site"

What do you like best?

"Soffront needs it's own ticket system"

What do you like best?

Would not use the system if not required to by our Electronic Health Record provider.

What do you dislike?

Not user friendly. Difficult to navigate. Have trouble with submitting tickets sometimes and lose information.

Use a different ticket system if you have a choice.

"WOWZERS!"

What do you like best?

The product is very simple to use and customize. The customer support is amazingly AWESOME!!

"Great tool."

What do you like best?

Easy to use and endless capabilities moving into marketing.

"Cookie Cutter CRM"

What do you like best?

Soffront is great for small businessand not looking for a lot of bells and whistles. Everything comes standard out of the box, with little to no customization, which in some instances could be a good thing. IT handles a lot of the same stuff that Salesfroce does, but without the customization.

What do you dislike?

The pricing for Professional edition (full blown) is up there with Salesforce, so I would recommend going the Salesfroce route. Not having much customization also could be a negative if you have a niche business.

For a small business, without strong IT staff or support, it's worth the free trial to see if it fits your needs.
