"Softrip in TOurism"

What do you like best?

Softrip'S design is quite atteactive and appealing on the eye. It seems quite modern and is straight forward to use. Further, it does not take long to familiarize yourself with its basic functions.

What do you dislike?

I would prefer better messaging functions or improved ways to store communication in the respective bookings without it looking too crowded too quickly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take time getting used to all its functions in order to figure out how it can help you and your business in the most efficient ways.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

USing Softrip to process individual (FIT) bookings that our travel agency clients usbmitted, so that all required services can be booked and suppliers informed about travel dates and passengers booked. Also, to company varies components of a trip, such as airfare, hotels and guide and transfer services, as well as entrances to attractions.

"Clunky User Experience"

What do you like best?

Table based and easy to input information.

What do you dislike?

The user experience is unfriendly and needs to be updated. This program is better suited package and group reservations than daily rates and individual travel.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My company started using SofTrip in 2009 and solved the issue of being able to book real time scuba diving vacation online. The benefit of using SoftTrip has increased the online presence of my company making it the first Dive Travel Wholesaler being able to book online and not have to have a request only website.
