What do you like best?
Using DameWare to remotely support the technical needs of our locations makes the IT Support process easy and quick. The system offers dual-user remote access, so several members of the team can have access to one access point, which makes collaboration effective. Freezing the access of the user's computer we are trying to remote to ,through the Lock option, is also very helpful, as sometimes the actions of the user might interfere with our attempts to help them. DameWare also allows saving multiple remote IP points for easy access.
What do you dislike?
The interface of DameWare could use a little sharpening. Depending on the resolution of the end-point computer a user is trying to access, the DameWare access screen might be shifted and out of zoom.
