What do you like best?
Sparkcentral has an easy to use interface, and brands can interact with fans and deploy messages via social media with the click of a button. This unification has been helpful for us and seems to be the way of the future. The customer service team is fantastic and responds quickly to issues and questions.
What do you dislike?
Initial set up can take time, but this is normal when you are multiple social media platforms.
