"A total game changer for your organization"

What do you like best?

Speakap is extraordinarily powerful. From messaging and news items to private groups and events, every organization would be well-served by having their team on Speakap. Tools like Slack, WhatsApp and others pale in comparison with regards to functionality and the sheer depth of Speakap's capabilities. Furthermore, Speakap is run by an impressive team that works tirelessly to improve the platform every single day. I am constantly impressed by the new features that are rolled out each week.

What do you dislike?

UI/UX can differ slightly across platforms (web, iOS, and Android). It is beyond impressive in the first place that Speakap is able to support (and improve upon) these three technologies, however if an employee comes to us with a question about the platform, it does require an extra step to determine which platform they are using before we can effectively answer their question.

Not a big deal, really. Just something to think about.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Speakap will quite literally change how you manage your business. The value of having your employees engaged and informed, all on one platform, cannot be overstated. Speakap WILL affect your bottom line: employees will stay longer, they will sell more, they will be provide a better customer experience, and they will take pride in their work.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Internal communication, event planning, scheduling, integrating with other HR platforms, document storage, information dissemination.

"Invaluable team communication resource for anything imaginable!"

What do you like best?

It's challenging picking only one feature I like best because there are so many but one of my major problems was making sure each member of my staff is promptly and thoroughly informed on issues that surface and keeping track of who has been informed or not. With the News feature, I can post a tailored message to the team who then gets a push notification alert and it allows me to keep track and see who has read the message.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike, but would like to mention enhancements that could be added to make this more fun interactively and helpful as a tool. Adding more variety of response reactions to timeline posts and comments would be appreciated and as a administrator of content, it would really help to know who has read a general message and opened file uploads.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is the most user friendly and intuitive product I've used. The impact that it's had on my team is transformational and can't imagine managing a retail team with out it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication is the biggest problem we are solving. Email and chat have proven to be ineffective ways of communicating with my team, the result is inconsistency in behaviors and quality. Within the first few days I saw an immediate improvement in the level of engagement of my team. Not only could I tell that they were reading and comprehending the content but they were also contributing to the discussion. I feel more in control of my teams culture than ever before

"I like the efficiency and it is easy to work with"

What do you like best?

- it is very easy to communicate in different groups.

What do you dislike?

- everything about Speakapp is great and we have no complications

- it is very easy in use and everything is within one application. Everybody that usrs the app can see there schedule.

"A powerful communication tool that enhances the effectiveness of organizations "

What do you like best?

This tool is very user-friendly and easy to use for any type of organizational structure within a company. It is very useful for planning events, effectively communicating with team members and the design makes it easy to connect with administrators. It enables communication on different levels of the organization, such as small teams, staff members, inter-sector communication, as well as interactions between different project groups.

What do you dislike?

There are some features that would need better customer support., such as in cases of inter-sector transferring.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication, messaging, agenda and event planning within team projects and across different organizational groups. This facilitates fast information-spreading and provides a knowledge-sharing platform for the teams.

"The benefits of Speakap"

What do you like best?

I think the best thing about Speakap is; The speed you can inform the employees on the shopfloor. And the easy way that everyone from the organization can share their successes with the organization.

What do you dislike?

I think the part of Speakap that we do not like is; the authorization of new and old employees. At the moment we do not yet have our HR system online, which means it is a lot of manual work.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problems that we solved with speakap are; share information with the shop floor.Give our employees a platform where they can share successes. As an organization, we are quickly aware of problems in the store.

"Great online communication platform"

What do you like best?

Easy implementation: recognizable interface

Speakap has a very professional team to help throughout the whole proces

The plaform works fast

App works very good: intuitive and easy

What do you dislike?

The only thing I dislike is that I can't choose to switch 'off' a feature when you wouldn't want to use it (for example the events).

Recommendations to others considering the product

At this moment I see Speakap as the best product for internal communications when having to communicate to employees working at different locations.

- Speakap promotes interaction between people working on different locations: working on employee engagement

- Also, the app works greatly for boosting the internal branding.

- Sharing knowledge to/between teachers over the whole country

"Speakap - the right tool, and the right team"

What do you like best?

Great product, and fantastic support.

The team were very flexible, and gave us everything we needed to ensure we successfully set up our community.

"The perfect platform for enhancing our community "

What do you like best?

The easy of use, the customization functionality, the news and event options. We don't need to put our whole team in a Whatsapp conversation anymore and the fact that we stay in direct contact with our whole community

What do you dislike?

A direct coupling with our Booking system would be a really nice addition.

"Snelheid, gemakkelijk in gebruik"

Snelheid, het product werkt snel, is duidelijk qua navigatie dus hierdoor snel onder de gebruikers geaccepteerd

"Great company, great communication platform"

What do you like best?

Our employees love Speakap. No need for an intranet because Speakap combines all advantages of a traditional intranet and social media. The look-and-feel is completely adjusted to our style and feels as familiar as possible. Speakap is easy to use for everybody, it's usability is very intuitive.

What do you dislike?

There are no dislikes to mention. In the future, perhaps the system could replace our HR-system and it might be able to communicate with oud planning software.

It is a cliché but the proof of the pudding is in the eating. It's great.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Speakap fulfils our desire to have platform on which we are ale to communicate to individual employees, specific teams and the employees all-together. Documents can be uploaded and are accessible. News items can be posted on a time-line as wel as on a news area. Meetings can be organised and it can be monitored who is attending. It replaces several other individual software applications and it is as functional as a Swiss army knife.

"Smart communication, also for franchising networks"

What do you like best?

Smart solution, smart people.

Very ustomer oriented team: they call their account "Customer Success Managers". It is not just marketing, it is really what they are!

The solution is extremely simple to implement, flexible in its setup, easy to understand (just learn by using). In our Case, we coud create a 3-level hierarchy in the groups with a "russian dolls" approach to answer the needs of our customers.

What do you dislike?

We still need to fine tune our moderator policy, but that's mostly on the business side: an ativity to organize in the project implementation. Some further features could be developped (notification differentiation for App vs. Mail).

Recommendations to others considering the product

- User management: go for external interface towards your JR / user system.

- plan communication policy, code of conduct, and moderation policy.

- dedicate great time to initial analysis of Organizational structure within speakap.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication to all, bottom-up and not only top-down, and "horizontally": create a network dynamics among pepole.

We finallly know who we do reach and who we don't. Our customer feel more listened to, closer to us.

"Great app to help keep your staff on the same page!"

What do you like best?

I like that it's easy to use. Very similar to the facebook app which makes the learning curve effortless.

What do you dislike?

I would like a little side tab that can be added to any post.

I would like this added so I can assign each store a color. That way if I need to search for a post for a specific store I can just look out for the colored tab for that store instead of taking the time to scroll through each post carefully.

Time is money!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's a great way to disperse information company wide without having to repeat yourself.

As long as you get our whole team on the app and inform them that the app should be your go to for information, it should work perfectly.

"Use of Speakap makes internal branding & communication easier"

What do you like best?

The tool is clear, easy to use & fits all ages. Easy to manage as administrator. It is possible to built large & complex organization structures into the system, and manual labor to feed the system can be decreased to the minimum. Speakap was adapted by our organization within a few days, and all users are satisfied.

What do you dislike?

Complex structures can be build easy, however there are some hick ups when staff is transferred from one property to the other property. Assistance of support is needed for this kind of issues.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication & internal branding of the new Apollo brand. We can communicate directly with all staff, project groups can communicate with each other, we have extra attention for news and staff benefits and everbody is informed on the same way.
