What do you like best?
Great customer service and willing to work as a true partner to meet the campaign goals. Viant provides great scale and is able to reach our target audience with their DSP capabilities. Besides the media aspect , Viant is also willing to work on ad tech integrations in order to improve their products and their performance.
What do you dislike?
Although Viant is a great partner, their performance is not the best in class. Viewability and fraud needs to be monitored on a weekly basis. and cannot be optimized in "real time". They currently take a reactive approach rather than a proactive role.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Performance has been an issue at times with Viant but they have been willing to work as a true partner and work not only on their products for your campaign but work on their product to improve their capabilities.

Reaching our audience across the web and messaging them on all devices has been fairly easy with Viant. They provide great insights and reporting that helps our team optimize campaign from media side.
