"Does what it needs--Sorta"

What do you like best?

It accomplishes it's purpose, which is what I need,

What do you dislike?

Even with good internet speed (sitting at home or office) wifi or plugged right into the internet, there always seems to be glitching no matter what. And having to always ask people to repeat and redo is annoying in a business/professional setting. Let's return to the days of everyone dialing in on their phone, am I right?!

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try out multiple products before deciding. I feel like there is better stuff out there.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's nice being able to see people I work with--especially those clients and bosses I have yet to meet, yet I feel like there is so much time wasted in repeating things, it makes me wonder if the 'interaction' and saved time of traveling is fully worth it.

"Easy to use - removes the clutter"

What do you like best?

Remove the clutter in conferencing - passwords and phone numbers that you have to lookup and remember. It is easy to click on the link and go straight to the conversation you want to have

What do you dislike?

Lots of other free options available that does almost the same. We had pretty good online support, but there is some improvement to be made in the online resources available.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Do your research before purchasing. There are many solutions out there. Ultimately Speek removes the clutter and is very convenient for international callers especially

Support for international callers, sharing screens is great and helpful feature, quickly and conveniently have conferences between multiple parties

"reliable service"

What do you like best?

I like the sheer convenience of the product and the fact that it's also an app makes it on the go and user friendly.

What do you dislike?

it hasn't done it recently, but I've had the app crash on me or not follow through with a call.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

the lack of communication amongst our department has been minimized now that we can find the time to speak w each other as a group even if we are at different schedules times for work.
