"Review for Sprinklr Content Marketing"

What do you like best?

I like that I can easily schedule one post to multiple accounts. I also like the Clone feature so it retains all of the tagging info.

What do you dislike?

I don't know how to edit a post once it is scheduled. It is a little time consuming to enter all the tags for every post too.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are interesting in diving into the data behind your posts, then Sprinklr is a great fit. It is a little overwhelming at first, but once you are trained, you can see all the benefits, and use the things that most benefit your business.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Since I can broadcast to several accounts at once, it saves me a ton of time. I can also easily glance at the planner to see my scheduled posts for the week.

"Good!"

What do you like best?

The tagging ability and the fact that a single asset can be used on multiple platforms by multiple people. Also the easy of sharing content between team members and entities. It helps with consistency in reporting too.

What do you dislike?

the inability for the tags to be changed automatically across older assets. we are a very flwxible organisation who make several changes to our marketing tactics as we go along. However, Sprinklr does not allow easy changes to tags

Recommendations to others considering the product

It' a good investment but only for large organisations who have a large team.

Thanks to Sprinkr we can now share content amongst our large team with ease with consistent tagging and reporting.

"Sprinklr Social Media Management"

What do you like best?

I like how you are able to see all your social channels' inbounds at once. Through this all-in-one dashboard, you are able to reply, like, and comment on anyone's post from one page.

What do you dislike?

I dislike how the dashboard is sometimes outdated, and is unable to process your request in a timely manner.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to track insights on our social media channel audiences via Sprinklr. This allows us to establish the current growth of our social media channels and how we can improve targeting.

"The system is a bit glitchy "

What do you like best?

The dashboards are really helpful for sourcing content. I also really like Sprinklr's old planner for scheduling content.

What do you dislike?

The system is unbelieveably gitchy. From the planner (Space) to the seeding dashboards, there's always a problem. I also don't like how all users are notified of the bug fixes for everything. The emails from Sprinklr are overkill.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scheduling content. Social listening. Sourcing content that's curated. When it works smoothly, its really helpful system to have when your job requires more than just managing social media.

"Content Marketing Sold as Upgrade; not much of an upgrade."

What do you like best?

The Sprinklr Space experience was helpful when coming onto Content Marketing, as well as the ability to streamline workflows easily in the Content Marketing space. Additionally, the ability to create more columns specific to Content Marketing and Inspiration features were helpful. The planner became a bit more interactive, and the design was more 'content' friendly. The ability to create the planner across teams seemed to be more built-out than the initial planner capabilities.

What do you dislike?

Inspiration was sold to my team as an upgrade to Listening capabilities in the sense that it allowed us to search for inspirational content that was relevant to the queries we set up, without hitting our listening mention volume. However, the Content Marketing space was very similar to features we already had access to, including: permissions, planning capabilities, listening as a whole versus having inspiration, general dashboards, and reporting capabilities on content (lacking more in-depth measures without the Paid module).

Recommendations to others considering the product

Carefully consider what your use-case with Content Marketing is, because this was sold as an upgrade to listening and a way to use content features without having the Paid module. Unfortunately, this didn't meet either of those requirements: Inspiration, which was the upgrade for listening features, was being taken away shortly after implementation, and reporting within Content Marketing was essentially the same as the initial reporting insights allowed for. Not much of an upgrade, but this is a good product for collaborating with teams and planning content.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Content Marketing allowed our team to streamline across various parts of the business, including email marketing, additional brands, and Human Resources. By onboarding users into Content Marketing, we were able to determine that this was helpful for seeing what various parts of the business needed to create to be successful with content marketing. Unfortunately, without the Paid module, this was still lacking for content and advertising purposes, and our company didn't have the necessary spend with Sprinklr to do so..

"Integration and visibility"

What do you like best?

The Content Marketing Solution of Sprinklr is definitely one of the best in the market in order to improve the integration between several stakeholders during the creation and development of content.

What do you dislike?

The tool still need to simplify the UX in order to make the process of upload assets and find information a bit easier.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The solution is helping us at Purina to improve the coordination between the Central team and the EMENA markets teams, providing more visibility to all stakeholders about all the campaigns developed centrally.

"One of a kind feature set for content marketing"

What do you like best?

The ability to seed multiple accounts at once and provide/receive recommendations for cross-company promotions.

What do you dislike?

It seems that whenever there is an upgrade, some of my linked accounts disappear. Also, there were some bugs for awhile and it was difficult to post images across different channels. So, in short, bugs have been an issue.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I don't think I've even uncovered all the features for Sprinklr but it's been a great tool for automating my marketing campaigns.

"Awesome module to manage the complete content development process"

What do you like best?

Ability to track individual content component performance

Inability to archive messages and that sometimes the platform is slow and has issues in showing up the custom fields
