What do you like best?
Particularly like the Event Screen feature. Being able to display UGC in a number of different ways suited to the type of event the screen is at is not only handy but creates a professional looking tool.
The ability to tag content in a number of different filters creates the ability to use UGC in number of different ways, representing a variety of different areas of the business. It's helped us to highlight different areas of the business at the same time but also separately too.
Final aspect of Stackla I like is the help received from the Stackla team, always willing to go the extra mile and help out wherever possible. They are also great at exploring new ideas and how best stackla can help represent the business.
What do you dislike?
Confusing user interface is something many of our users have found. It can be confusing as to work out the different terms, tags, filters etc.
We've found it difficult on a number of occasions to make slight alterations without having to change quite a few elements. Sometimes just to change a filter we've found it to be quite a lengthy process when we think that possible it should take that long.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has solved our problem of how best to utilise UGC. We receive large amounts of UGC on weekly basis and before hand we had no real idea on how to best showcase this. Stackla has given us a platform on which to not only highlight and 'show off' our UGC but to also utilise through ways of encouraging others to either created content of their own, to sign up to an event or newsletter or even to donate.
The benefits we've realised are that all types of UGC can be used in different ways. The tags and filters have allowed us to group together content and identify which types of content we receive the most and therefore allow us to concentrate on engaging with that particular audience.
