"Stackla - the original and the best"

What do you like best?

Stackla continually integrates important features that improve the user experience. Their customer service is personal, customised and consistent and their product evolves to include what is most important to clients. A great aggregation tool that continues to improve.

What do you dislike?

Not much, it's a great tool. I would recommend continuing to improve on features and build out requests from clients.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Utilise the excellent support staff and share your plans and ideas with them. Also, spend time really testing the system to see what the limits are and how you can use it. It's a great system and you won't be disappointed.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had the need for an agile and flexible social media aggregation tool that had lots of functionality and customisation available to the user, including out of the box features and more detailed options such as CSS styling. The benefit of Stackla has been that we were quickly able to integrate into our site and we continue to use this across the site in a variety of ways. The individual widgets that can be created for dedicated content is something we rely on for our multiple topic website and Stackla has been a consistent and solid choice.

"Stackla Reviews"

What do you like best?

Particularly like the Event Screen feature. Being able to display UGC in a number of different ways suited to the type of event the screen is at is not only handy but creates a professional looking tool.

The ability to tag content in a number of different filters creates the ability to use UGC in number of different ways, representing a variety of different areas of the business. It's helped us to highlight different areas of the business at the same time but also separately too.

Final aspect of Stackla I like is the help received from the Stackla team, always willing to go the extra mile and help out wherever possible. They are also great at exploring new ideas and how best stackla can help represent the business.

What do you dislike?

Confusing user interface is something many of our users have found. It can be confusing as to work out the different terms, tags, filters etc.

We've found it difficult on a number of occasions to make slight alterations without having to change quite a few elements. Sometimes just to change a filter we've found it to be quite a lengthy process when we think that possible it should take that long.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has solved our problem of how best to utilise UGC. We receive large amounts of UGC on weekly basis and before hand we had no real idea on how to best showcase this. Stackla has given us a platform on which to not only highlight and 'show off' our UGC but to also utilise through ways of encouraging others to either created content of their own, to sign up to an event or newsletter or even to donate.

The benefits we've realised are that all types of UGC can be used in different ways. The tags and filters have allowed us to group together content and identify which types of content we receive the most and therefore allow us to concentrate on engaging with that particular audience.

"Stackla continues to get better and better"

What do you like best?

Over the last couple of years, I appreciate the "extra efforts" that the account management team (in connection with Zach and others in the tech team) have put forth in order to not only deliver the core Stackla products but also to help us use the platform in new and exciting ways.

What do you dislike?

With the core of the dev team located in Australia, sometimes getting to the root of some particularly challenging answers took longer than it may have otherwise. That said, the team still went over and above to set up a call.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We *had* utilized Stackla in an entirely new way... working with custom tiles and tagging as a relational database of sorts. The engine worked quite well for this but the interface being as it was for managing tiles, managing the data fell short. We continue to utilize Stackla as an aggregating, moderating and display tool for our Events and websites.

What do you like best?

I like that you can initiate multiple searches at the same time to create different groups of images pulled from multiple channels via hashtags. I can see a lot of creative opportunites for our clients to put this product to use.

What do you dislike?

I wish that the process of searching was a little more user-friendly. I also wish the analytics were more detailed.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is great for pulling images from our clients who attended our annual conference. We are also using the solution to show what we are up to as a business, by creating an event wall on the tvs in our office.

"Stackla works and it is good!"

What do you like best?

When we were considering to purchase Stackla, they give us a free trial and helped us to configure it so we can tell if this product works for us and it worked. We were able to setup responsive widget on the front page of our site and style it as we needed. The pricing is great too.

What do you dislike?

In nearly 2% of cases some of Stackla assets like CSS and JS are not loaded - I haven't seen this myself, but this is what our site monitoring tool shows. Also you can see short time lag until Stackla load on the page.

"Enterprise-level solcial media integration"

What do you like best?

Stackla is very easy to use and highly customisable.. The Stackla team offers excellent support, including regular review sessions, full of suggestions for how we can make the most of the tool. The platform's devs are continually developing and improving the feature set, and we are able to request that additional features be added to the backlog where we spot an opportunity.

What do you dislike?

We're gathering so much content that it can be time-consuming to curate.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a national tourism board we use multiple Stackla widgets across the site to share inspirational content generated by real visitors. It helps us to keep content fresh and allows our users to experience more of what our country has to offer, inspiring people to choose us as a destination. We've also used it to create bespoke screens for industry events and the digital screens in our information centres.

Stackla also helps our Social Media team to find posts on a particular topic - something their own social media management tool has difficulty in accomplishing.

"Great productive with a supportive team behind it"

What do you like best?

I love the range of aggregation capabilities. The GeoFence is better than most other companies. The team is super supportive, will invite you to their office to ensure you understand all aspects of the product and send great examples through via email.

What do you dislike?

Given their advanced capabilities of pulling through information and reading images, I'd like to see steps made towards profiling or identifying people on site with a large following.

Also, the upload size for custom tiles is quite small and as a result it compromises the quality

Certainly accumulating more images for our social media channels. We have picked up on bloggers who have visited the hotels and been able to share their content which has, in turn, inspired others to visit the hotels. All in all, it's a business benefit & not a hindrance.

"Mostly great with a few drawbacks."

What do you like best?

The way that you can pull different platforms, multiple hashtags into one campaign. I like the flexibility of being able to add custom code, but I do wish some of the design customization could be WYSIWYG, so I don't have to involve a developer.

What do you dislike?

Functionality is not the same across different displays. Functionality regularly breaks and turnaround to fix is weeks.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Aggregation and display of social media at events for my University. We have been able to produce high-quality displays matching the high quality of our events.

"Easy to use and has improved our UGC campaigns"

What do you like best?

Easy to use, great for managing content and permissions, and it has given our creative teams scope to think about new and exciting social campaign ideas that have positively impacted ROI.

Plus, the team have been really helpful and with their support we delivered a huge global activation that we couldn't have achieved otherwise.

What do you dislike?

There's little to dislike about Stackla. It's currently fulfilling our needs.

Better management of social content, more engagement with our users around specific campaigns and improvement in global reach.

"Awesome tool "

What do you like best?

The sandbox is easy to use and the guys at Stackla are very helpful!

What do you dislike?

Nothing that I can think of, it a great tool, but just a little expensive. Depending on the usage.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Its great to show UGC in real time, but it could also be used as an image library for those who have clients/clients who needs a lot of photos for their banners, etc. Instead of shutter stock you can get rights to feature their picture.

We used Stackla API to have a real time update on visuals through voting mechanism, and it great for spreading WOM.

"Sophisticated and evolutionary "

What do you like best?

I like the product is constantly updating and evolving based on what customers want, it's sophisticated and I love the aesthetics.

What do you dislike?

There's nothing I really dislike, sorry this is a hard one :)

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are creating competitions where our readers are able to display their homes in a way that will keep them coming back for more. We are also trying to sell on our sites, so the shop tagging is excellent for us.

What do you like best?

I like cross platform posting, no need to edit photos beforehand.

"Great platform"

What do you like best?

Stackla is incredibly easy to use and a key component to our social strategy.

What do you dislike?

Nothing at this time. I'm very pleased with this product.

We feature the Stackla widget on our homepage, showing the incredible content our members are creating. It gives us an added layer of credibility in the marketplace when visitors come to our site and see all of the positive social posts.
