Great services

What do you like best?

It has made planning events and on campus activities very easy for us, as it can provide us with multiple features to set up goals, appraisals, track progress, and use interactive calendars to manage and plan everything in advance.

It provides excellent customer support as well, and has a very easy sign up process.

What do you dislike?

No option to manage timesheets for the future. That would've helped us incorporate payroll services into the work as well and incorporate all aspects of hosting.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would definitely recommend checking this out for planning everything, and even just a simple holiday.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have used it to plan our on campus events, activities and communicate with the staff and respective responsible people. This has made communication, management and hosting very easy for us.

Fantastic Product, Generous Pricing, Feature Rich and Excellent Support/Product Development

What do you like best?

Pricing: An affordable HR Management APP that most certainly Priced generous.

Support & Development: Fantastic and appreciate the willingness to understand and resolve our unique requirements.

Features: I'd say an AIO product that does pretty much what every SMB require in terms of HR. We are now 100 percent reliable on Staff2 for Employee record keeping, time sheet, absence & leave management, Holiday management and more importantly the recently introduced Expense Management.

What do you dislike?

None to be specific, Successful & user friendly product is one where there is the will to develop and make the most out of the product focused towards solving customer's problems. Since i've witnessed the will to develop the product (also if it's a tiny improvement) i am sure we are with Staff2 in the long term...yes, there is more room for improvement and i am sure Staff2 is working towards making the product a unique and irresistable.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It's all about Pricing! We looked at the most essential business critical features and we have it on Staff2. Similar features to my knowledge is an impossible task to attain with another vendor. I'd recommend Staff2 to any SMB wanting an AIO product that solves problems and the great support and constant product development.

HR Nightmare now is a lot easier to manage..Thanks to Staff2 and more importantly their generous Pricing.

We chose the right HR software in Staff Squared

What do you like best?

We have staff in various cities around the world so it was vital the software could support our vast array of different countries and currencies. Staff Squared has been completely up to the task of supporting all our needs. And most importantly, whenever I have needed support or suggest additions to the software, their team Support team are extremely efficient and helpful.

What do you dislike?

We would quite like to be able to customize the e-mails that go out so they're more in alignment with our business branding, but that's a minor niggle.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We love the calendar feature so I can see at a glance everything that is happening with staff across the business. The email notifications on people's birthdays and work anniversaries ensures we never miss any important milestones. Staff Squared is a very effective and user friendly HR tool and has become a crucial part of our business systems.

Staff Squared reduces and automates key HR admin so I can spend more time actually managing our team

What do you like best?

The most important features for us as a small business are:

- holiday planning, booking and the shared calendar

- sickness record and bradford factor score

- goals

- appraisals

We like that the product is focussed to suit the needs of a small/medium business and so it isn't like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut. You're only paying for what you really need. Importantly, the support service is top notch and personable - perfectly suited to the needs of SMEs

What do you dislike?

I'd like to see more dynamic reporting features or even just a wider choice of reports. I'm assured that this is coming. However, it's worth noting that if you can't access a specific type of report you want then you can contact support and they'll run the report for you.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It goes without saying that Staff Squared resolves a lot of HR admin pain so it's already worth every penny you invest in it. But, for us, it's more than just HR software....it's a system that helps us to manage our team to efficiently achieve our business objectives.

My recommendation would be to use it as a team management tool that can organise your staff and feedback loops in a way you've never experienced before! You can do this using company objectives to communicate your company objectives to your team. The next step is to invest time in setting up goals for your team that they can use for ongoing guidance, team collaboration and (importantly) Staff Squared will provide you, the manager, with progress made against deadline/targets saving you being a constant nag. Our staff report that they can perform to expectation better when they understand the business' objectives and how their work (in the form of goals) contributes to achieving them. They feel more engaged and able to contribute on a more meaningful level.

It's amazing set of tools that helps to mobilise a team in the right direction in an organised and efficient manner.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- We've saved loads of time managing leave requests and sickness process

- We saved time by allowing staff to manage their own profiles and keep their personal data up to date

- We've not missed an appraisal for almost 2 years!

- Our team is fully aware of the company objectives for this next year and, through the use of goals, they know what's expected of them and how they're contributing to the overall aims of the business

Ease to use

What do you like best?

Ease of use; integrated HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting....Great client service!

-Reporting is great

-Actually applying is fairly simple for the applicant

-Each phase of the recruiting product is highly configurable.

What do you dislike?

The user interface looks a bit outdated and could certainly benefit from being more visually appealing. Although not terrible, the dashboards leave something to be desired.

You can't update the recruiting process without serious update lag. Everything is effective dated when the applicant applies, so any business processes (interview, screening, offers, background checks) take months to work its way through all applications to be current.

For large companies, Staff Squared is a great tool.

Because we used Staff Squared as our HCM, it really has been nice having an integrated system. Just hoping key areas will be improved soon.

Great Software For Absences

Have to upgrade to get full benefits of some things
