The inability to filter lists easily by group/member type;
the inability to remove an order from the system (the system generates countless duplicate invoices which result in the inaccurate appearance of balances due);
The inability to search by name when registering a colleague - you must select the name from a dropdown of 800 names;
the member directory does NOT work for us - the Member COMPANY should be searchable, rather than the individual member. The best way for a consumer to search is by zip code but the results remove the company name, making the search results unusable.
the lack of an API. Due to above difficulties with the member directory, we will need to develop our own member directory and link it to SC somehow. An API would make this much more efficient.
