What do you like best?
It is very easy to use, and therefore easy to train new users. It is an all-in-one solution that replaces pretty much everything we were using. The Storis team is fantastic at helping with anything.
What do you dislike?
The back end system is vastly different from what we were using (GERS) so its been a struggle to get similar reports created, whether inside of storis or using SQL on the back end tables. Storis is VERY expensive.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Make sure you bring in your old data correctly. Double and triple check everything!
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had sales associates cheating the company and/or the customers because GERS wasn't locked down well enough, due to the discounts and promotions we offer. Storis has solved this problem and eliminated 99% of dishonesty. We have increased our GM% by nearly 2 points and increased our customers happiness.
