"A Rock Solid Content Marketing Platform"

What do you like best?

Marketers are no doubt sick to death of the old saying that "content is king". But just because something is cliched doesn't mean it isn't true. StoryPorts offers a slick interface and impressive technical backend that makes it pretty easy to engage in robust automated content marketing via social, video and blogs. Their real strength though is in their email marketing components, which allow you to quickly and easily create scalable campaigns.

What do you dislike?

The initial setup can be a bit time consuming, but that's a minor issue at most (and is to be expected with a sophisticated platform like StoryPort).

Recommendations to others considering the product

StoryPorts is definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a sophisticated but easy to use content and email marketing platform.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Automated content marketing and email marketing. The system definitely saved our team a lot of time in terms of creating fairly complex content marketing campaigns quickly and easily.

"Robust, Gets Job Done without Complexities"

What do you like best?

As with every modern ESP, drag-and-drop email creation is a must. Believe it or not, StoryPorts does it better than many other systems. The ability to easily clip and link content from social and web tremendously increases efficiency.

What do you dislike?

While StoryPorts has Salesforce CRM, which is arguably the most common off-the-shelf system, a wider variety would be great. Custom API integration with staff support would be a package we'd willingly pay for.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Easy to use and operatable by a small team. StoryPorts will take your marketing to the next level and is a product I highly recommend to everyone.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The consolidation of marketing creation is the biggest reward. In a SMB, there simply aren't enough resources to tackle every aspect the way a corporation can. StoryPort allows our small team to efficiently and effectively combine marketable collateral into our emails with ease.

"Very Tech Savvy"

What do you like best?

The new spotify email widget is very helpful when creating new and hip emails for customers via StoryPorts

What do you dislike?

We are not yet using storyports on a regular basis and I'm unsure if it will be able to stand up to the tried and true quality and ease of Constant Contact.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to find new and better ways to provide email automation, and this is one of the options we are currently researching.

"Great Tool for Email Automation"

What do you like best?

The functionality is great! It is so easy to send emails in bulk.

What do you dislike?

I haven't used the software that long and so far everything is very user friendly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sending the same mass email to different groups and making small adjustments to that one email has been great.

"Slick and Helpful at Creating Content!"

What do you like best?

The interface for this program is really sweet looking, and it's easy to follow how to use it. You won't have a hard time learning this program at all.

What do you dislike?

It took an incredibly long time to install, over an entire lunch hour.

"StoryPorts for Public Relations"

What do you like best?

The ability to create highly detailed emails and automation features made this platform easy to use.

It seemed a little expensive for the capabilities of the platform.

Public Relations business problems, sending multiple mass emails out trying to capture a target audience. Great for communicating with email lists.
