ProRetention™ Success CRM product’s primary goal is to engage students and improve success rates. Students, especially those who are early in the life-cycle, have to navigate the campus ecosystem to get what they want and deliver what the college needs.
I liked that it was able to make my job easier as a sales representative. I was able to quickly look up contacts/prospects and gather a quick detail before I would make a call.
What do you dislike?
Typically learning curve from using a previous CRM solution, and learning how to make favorites or if there were shorcuts.

The time lost between my notes I have jotted down on desk or in my journal, to losing those notes if someone has left the organization or if it is def. a detail that needs to be or should be shared with everyone in the company. The benefits are to have great recording keeping in regards to your clients.
