Review of Usage for Success CRM - Get Success

What do you like best?

I liked that it was able to make my job easier as a sales representative. I was able to quickly look up contacts/prospects and gather a quick detail before I would make a call.

What do you dislike?

Typically learning curve from using a previous CRM solution, and learning how to make favorites or if there were shorcuts.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The time lost between my notes I have jotted down on desk or in my journal, to losing those notes if someone has left the organization or if it is def. a detail that needs to be or should be shared with everyone in the company. The benefits are to have great recording keeping in regards to your clients.

What do you like best?

Easy to use software allowing managing students from the lead to graduation.

What do you dislike?

I would probably add more lead administration functions as I believe founding a quality students is equally important as locating the one in danger of dropping out.
