"Accelerate saleforce performance with SuMo"

What do you like best?

SuMo is secure, confidential and ensures no data loss on your instance of Salesforce. It is easy to get up and running, allowing the users to motivate and achieve success faster. It works seamlessly in integration with Salesforce making it simple, easy to use and do configuration actively. SuMo works instantly with any custom objects or fields you have added to Salesforce.

SuMo motivates my team members to follow up all leads more quickly and confidently, nurtures the best practices across and within the team(s). Before this I have to create and maintain word or excel sheets manually for all our actions driving our sales teams locally and globally to deliver more.

SuMo provides competitive healthy environment to train every user with intelligent prompts that accelerate performance. It keeps track of skill performance of all team(s). It is easy for both end user and administrators. It offers brilliant innovative ideas and suggestions on how to implement, succeed, and maintain the success momentum.

SuMo gamification enables users to follow through all business processes like lead, contact follow ups and pipeline opportunities and converting those leads in clients.

What do you dislike?

As SuMo is built pure on SalesForce which is cloud based, so the security is concern for me. The maintenance is still a hard thing for beginners.

"Awesome product to encourage user adoption!"

What do you like best?

SuMo Motivate did an excellent job working with us to coordinate a fun and engaging program that met our specific goals. They went above and beyond to develop unique solutions and customizations to meet all of our requests rather than using the "out of the box" options. When it came time to launch, they did all the work for us, providing awesome and thorough launch presentation materials. Every detail was covered with minimal work on our end, which was wonderful!

What do you dislike?

There were limitations to what we could do with some of our unique requests, but it is my understanding that Salesforce itself was the roadblock, not the SuMo product!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used SuMo Motivate to engage employees and encourage user adoption of the program. We saw a significant increase in using Salesforce to record daily activities and tasks.

"Get Rewards just for doing the right thing"

What do you like best?

Great experience for the 'players' - great use of graphics and Salesforce UI space. A great way to get your users on board.

What do you dislike?

Can be a little fiddly to configure, but great support from the team.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Getting 500 users, who are not employees, to get the best out of their Partner Community, whilst addressing customer needs, and increasing sales.

"Turbo Charge your Salesforce.com "

What do you like best?

Sumo free's up my time allowing me to focus on coaching and development with my team. By rewarding specific activities Sumo motivates my team to follow up leads more quickly, drives activity and nurtures best practices across the team. Before Sumo I would have to manually report on all of the actions driving our KPI's and Manage the team to deliver them.

Sumo not only makes these tasks fun it really drives the competitive spirit in a friendly way across the team.

Unlike other solutions - Sumo tracks all of the underlying data to help me Coach the team and deliver a more stable forecast.

What do you dislike?

There isn't anything specifically I dislike. When we have taken Sumo down for maintenance I immediately get asked by the team Where's Sumo gone? When will it be back? We are a very progressive company who use a lot of complimentary solutions none of which are embraced by the team like Sumo.

Recommendations to others considering the product

With any software there will be a learning curve to go through - specifically around the balancing of the game to ensure everyone has a fair chance to win.

We used Sumo's Managed Service to deliver the implementation and the on-going balancing whilst we up-skilled. This allowed us to deploy the software and start driving value very quickly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have seen the following benefits:

230% increase in lead response time. This drives a much higher conversion rate to opportunity creation.

140% increase in pipeline

100% increase in call note capture

"Boost sales force engagement and productivity through gamification"

What do you like best?

- user friendly interface

- ease of use and administration

- aesthetics of the new Inspire platform

- our main medium to drive friendly competition between our sales teams locally and globally which leads to better staff morale, communication and productivity

What do you dislike?

- inflexibility to adjust length of transition timings of leaderboards

- inflexibility to showcase static content in between leaderboards

"Fully functional Gamification product that is 100% based on SF.com so familiar, easy to use/manage"

What do you like best?

SuMo TV wall boards, flexibility, fully integrated with Sf.com from both user and administration.

What do you dislike?

Having almost unlimited choice of what to base competitions on can lead to complexity - users should follow vendors guidelines and keep it simple.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Follow the vendors advice and pay them to help you get the best out of it - the technology is fine, the key is how you use it.

Motivating inside sales and business development reps. Plus figuring out what the behaviours of a successful rep are.

"The experts in gamification! Service is second to none!"

What do you like best?

The SuMo team are experts in gamification! We have used Salesforce.com for a few years, but users lacked the desire to fully dive in. Within the matter of a few days of launching SuMo there was a significant improvement. Practices we have spent years emphasizing changed overnight. SuMo came to the table with brilliant ideas and suggestions on how to implement, succeed, and maintain. Their support has been, and continues to be second to none!

What do you dislike?

There is really nothing that I dislike about SuMo.

They are experts in their field. Their knowledge, guidance, and ability to understand our needs made for a very easy implementation.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our adoption rate has increased significantly. Users are now completing valuable Account and opportunity fields, allowing more accurate forecasting and reporting for our leadership. People have also transitioned their time management into the task system, ultimately ensuring next steps on opportunities.

"Sales on Steriods"

What do you like best?

The fact that i can monitor my KPI's as well as rockstar sales people in my company.

What do you dislike?

UI is a bit of a let down so training people to use it is a huge con for me.

We sold Secured Hosting to a lot of people and managing the sales was a huge task for us. With SuMo Motivate we were able to get a lot of KPI's and other stuff in check

"CRM adoption"

What do you like best?

SuMo is a very flexible tool that allows you to build effective ‘Games’ to encourage best practice and support user adoption in a fun and engaging way.

The team at CloudApps work hard to ensure the business requirements are met, and that each Game is a success.

The stat’s speak for themselves with regards to the success of the games in terms of driving users of our CRM system to adopt the good behaviour required when working in any CRM system.

There is nothing that I can think of right now

SuMo helps to drive best practice in a CRM system. This has benefited our business in areas such as collaboration through encouraging the use of Chatter in Salesforce.

"Great for SALES"

What do you like best?

Awesome for sales it is very confidently and helps within the company as well as out of it. It speeds up the process within the company and also motivates us inward to compete for sales. It was super instant and everyone loves it at the office

What do you dislike?

Since it is cloud based it may not work for everyone it's something to get used to maintance wise.

SuMO very flexible which i like the most and advance tool for the building the everything like Games.

"Great Incentive for Sales Teams"

What do you like best?

I like how I can enhance what I do on a daily basis and win points/prizes while doing so

"UI Could Use Some Work"

What do you like best?

User interface leaves something to be desired but the capabilities are good. Good to monitor sales team but it's only as good as they are moving through the pipeline.

User interface is not as user friendly as I hoped.

What do you like best?

SuMo Inspire boards and reporting capabilities which go beyond the standard SF reports

Technical implementation was seamless

Most important thing for us is that SUMO is flexible. That means that SUMO can meet every requirement requested by the business

SumoTV is still somewhat behind on the competition in terms of design.
