You can change the subject in the survey invitation, but you can’t add the sender’s name, so it doesn’t look very professional on the receiver’s end who will see in the From field “On Behalf of email@example.com via surveymonkey.com”

Survey Monkey is very user friendly. The results are almost genuine because you choose your own respondents who are mostly your customers. That way you will get only genuine results.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
if you decide to add an “Other (specify)” option it can only be added as the last item in the list, which looks weird if you also have “None of the above” or “Don’t Know,” which should come last. To add to the injury, you can’t make these types of answers exclusive in multiple choice questions to prevent inconsistent answers or click errors.
