I like that they offer so many tools on the free account, it really has many fantastic, descriptive and interactive templates. I like the amount of platforms where I can share these surveys, it does not limit me and I can reach more people. I also like that there is functionality to do HTML formatting for text. The interface is easy to understand and use. I like the dynamics of the surveys, making customers feel motivated to respond quickly.
Since we use it in the supermarket, in a very basic way, for simple communication, so we haven't had problems with it, I have nothing to complain about.
