Do you provide training?
Yes, we do provide onboarding, responsive support and for enterprise Customers, we can arrange a 1-2-1 training session.
How does Priority Support work?
You always have a priority before users on a free plan – you can count on a really quick response, even within minutes. Yes – minutes!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments and PayPal. If you require additional payments methods, such as wire transfers, they are available on Professional and Ultimate yearly plans.
Are the payments secured?
Survicate takes credit card data security very seriously. For that reason, we use Braintree to securely handle credit card information. Braintree is a Validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider.
What will happen when I go over my answers limit?
Your surveys will stop working when you reach response limit. The system will alert you if you are close to reaching your limit throughout your subscription period.
The surveys will restart immediately after you choose a higher subscription plan or purchase an add-on with additional responses.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, we do. We send them through email, but also keep them at your account at Survicate so that you can download them anytime, anywhere.
Can I manage multiple domains?
Yes, you can manage multiple domains from your account if you are on Professional or Ultimate plan – please contact us for details.
Is there a custom plan?
We offer a custom plan mainly for businesses with high responses needs, non-standard support requirements (SLA, custom agreement, success manager) or need custom implementation. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss details of such cooperation.
Can you add a PO (purchase order) to my invoice?
Yes, with Professional and Ultimate yearly plans we can arrange an invoice payment with your PO number.
