"Visitor Management Made Simple!"

What do you like best?

We like the ease of use and the smart professional appearance of signing in when visitors arrive at our site. The process to capture visitor information is quick and easy, and we have access to records much easier than the traditional old paper based methods.

What do you dislike?

The system in general does what we need, updates are released regularly, based on feedback from customers. We'd like to see further options added to the Visitor Agreement where we can show the current agreement text, but also ask a series of questions with Yes/No options to capture more information as required by our audit policies.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Managing on-site visitors is now much easier, we have access to see who is on site from anywhere and the process of members of staff being notified of the visitor arrival is much better with an e-mail being sent to them to advise the visitor has arrived. This frees up staff time to complete other tasks.

"Excellent product and service"

What do you like best?

took up this service for a local primary school, deals with all our visitor sign in issues and we will be rolling it out to staff sign in to help with our fire procedures. Have already had another school invest in this off the back of our recommendation. Value for money and GPDR considerations make this a no-brainer.

As for the support, the guys and gals of SwipedOn could not do enough for us to help us get started, not that we needed much support as the system is simple to setup and manage.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike, it does exactly what we want it to do.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to see what visitors are on premises from any internet enabled device and producing fire/evacuation registers without the need of office staff leaving buildings with arms full of files and signing in sheets.

"Swiped-On Review"

What do you like best?

Simple but effective visitor sign-in which replaced our old fashioned paper based system - it gives the school a more professional look and feel upon arriving into the school.

What do you dislike?

Nothing, love the system 100%, staff have all bought into the product due to the usability and time saving.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We also support 5 local primary schools and 4 of these schools have also signed up to the SwipedOn product, it hasn't been an issue for two of the schools as they have their own credit card, but for the other two schools it became more of an issue as we were unable to use our credit card to purchase the subscription as it had already been used for our school so had to go down the bank transfer route, which wasn't straight forward as it had to be paid in US dollars.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Improved communication with staff when their visitors arrived via e-mail, safeguarding with regards to fire drills etc.

"Professional and easy to use "

What do you like best?

SwipedOn is a very easy to use interface both front facing (visitor experience) and the backend (admin settings and interface).

I have had many positive comments regarding the system since I installed it - paired with the Brother QL-810W WiFi label printer. Best of all I have not needed to help anyone navigate the process of signing in.

What do you dislike?

There's not much to dislike, if I'm honest.

One small missing feature:

The printer we are using, a recommended Brother model, has the capability of thermally printing in black AND red (with the correct label medium). However the print feature in the software is not yet available to make full use of this ability - although I believe this is in the pipeline. I'm looking forward to utilising that for our logo and highlighting VISITOR text etc.

Give the product a try, you will not be disappointed.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using the Visitor in/out for standard Visitor logging and notification as we do not have a receptionist. The email notifications are very prompt and the addition of text messaging allows instant notification even when away from the desk - brilliant!

We have also started to use the Employee in/out just to help keep track of the hours our TEMP staff are working. This feature saves us from manually completing time sheets as the employee export function provides all the times and accumulated hours - excellent!

"Brilliant simplicity and visual attractive"

What do you like best?

The ease of setup and roll out combined with sufficient functionality and competitive price made Swipedon a easy choice. Looks great for our reception, and is well liked by our receptionists as well as employees receiving timely notification when there is visitors. Visual impression is easy to make look great, and very easy to maintain the solution. Brilliant example of a easy to deploy cloud based solution with a functional app, which took us less then a day to put into production.

What do you dislike?

Would love to see a simple AD synchronization in future to auto-enroll employees into Swipedon, manual workaround is working fine for us at the moment and will most likely do so for a while longer.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Accept the functionality you get, there are systems with more functionality, but it comes as at cost and is perhaps not really needed. Pricing of Swipedon is to me extremely competitive.

Easy notification of visitors to our employees and simplified process releasing capacity at our reception area. Visitors are easier to approach by the employees, giving our company a more "professional" impression.

"Fantastic service, brilliant tool for identifying who's in and always impresses visitors."

What do you like best?

In my experience on the front desk at our company, when visitors arrive being able to refer them to the ipad to sign in gives a friendly but efficient impression from the offset. It's then brilliant that the staff member they are visiting is notified immediately. It's also great to be able to remind colleagues the names of their visitors!

What do you dislike?

It can be a hassle when frequent visitors have to re-enter their information each time they visit us. Possibly an option for visitors to tick a box to agree to their information being stored for their next visit would be useful.

Our fire evacuation plans are far improved as we have knowledge of exactly who is in and at what times. We also enjoy the feature of being able to provide details as to whether a colleague is out to lunch or visiting a site. This means we know whether we can put business calls through to them or whether they are not working. As aforementioned, it's also very handy when a colleague forgets the name of their visitor! Another issue we have had is people getting blocked in the carpark, the feature of taking vehicle reg's has solved this issue.

"Quality & Secure"

What do you like best?

The ease of use for both user and administrator. Simple to update and the ability to add corporate images and NDA. Customer Services is 100%

UK Date 29.03.18 not 03.29.18, apart from that all the requests and recommendations I made during implementation and first year were implemented. The company is forever moving forward with each client implemented brings new experiences so this in turn enhances the product to exceed customers requirements

"SwipedOn for Education Use"

What do you like best?

SwipedOn has proved a great success for the management of visitors to the school. The app was easy to setup and the web interface for the administration tasks is clear and easy to navigate.

Contact with SwipedOn for general queries or support on the rare occasion it is required is quick and accurate with all tickets resolved in under 24 hours either by live chat or email response.

A great product at a great price!

There was nothing to dislike as it met all our requirements.

Knowing who exactly is on the premises at any given time meeting Health and Safety and accounting for visitors when role calls required. Immediate notifications alerts to staff who are receiving a visitor on sign in.

"Easy and up to date systems that make your job much easier"

What do you like best?

This system is easy to use and shows you what you need to know when you need to staff check quickly and easily. The fire evacuation mode is a quick and effective one that helps you along the way of your fire warden duties and is precise and on point.

What do you dislike?

sometimes it loses connection which can be annoying because there no alert to tell you this has happened

Easy access for clients and it helps to know who your looking for if needed. The picture part is usually a good laugh because they don't expect it and usually helps with breaking the ice when they arrive. Also because it holds visitors details if they come again it makes it easy for you to recognise them which is a good impression to make as they feel valued if you recognise them.

"Perfect for our Visitor Management"

What do you like best?

The ease of use of the app by our visitors, the ability to add customization to the visitor fields and categories, quick and fast notification system, dashboard simple to use, and label printing. Like the customization of the app to add our own photos.

The entire system is fast and easy to setup. Took me less than 30 mins!

What do you dislike?

Could have more customized fields and photo taking option for identification documents (passport, drivers license, etc.). We would like to put disclaimers during visitor login.

"Professional and elegant"

What do you like best?

This is the 21st Century way to manage visitor and employee sign in and induction. It is quick and easy, and easily managed. No more paper! It looks good on the reception desk and we have customised the iPad with our logo and some good photos of our products in action.

We use it for managing the roll call in the event of an evacuation as well.

Administration of the system is simple and intuitive via a web browser.

What do you dislike?

We'd like a more enterprise based system as we have a number of offices throughout Australia, and at the moment each site is essentially "standalone". So employees are basically based at one site rather than being able to roam. I hear this should be a feature in a future version.

"Perfect for an unattended reception for a professional first impression"

What do you like best?

The SwipedOn system not only makes it easier for staff to track arrival of guests, but it also gives a professional first impression to visitors as well as meeting fire safety requirements, all without the use of paper!

What do you dislike?

Wireless printer connection can be a bit frustrating.

Do not hesitate to invest in the system and hardware to setup and implement the system, it saves time and so many of our customers comment on how easy and sensible it is. We have given details of it to at least 4 of our customers whom have expressed an interest.

"Swiped On - excellent visitor booking system"

What do you like best?

SwipedOn is helping to keep track of all visitors on site much more easily than with a custom built system or traditional visitor book and from the faces of the visitors recorded then generally enjoy the novelty of using it! Along with being able to have visitors and contractors agree to health & safety terms, recording their picture and notifying the person they are seeing it also provides a record of everyone on site for management and therefore an emergency evacuation list.

What do you dislike?

I would have liked also to have the same system to be able to be run on an Android device and/or traditional web browser as well as iPad. The only issue I know of is occasionally having to be re loaded but that is likely to be caused by the communications infrastructure on the sites rather than an issue with SwipedOn itself.

The system is easy to setup and works well. The contact I had with Swipedon during pre-sales etc. was handled well.

"The complete office assistant"

What do you like best?

The ease of setup & management, made using the system and rolling out to staff very easy, also their support are fantastic and always willing and ready to help.

What do you dislike?

Could do with a few mass editing features for numbers / emails, we use a default phone number & email for "reception users" and sometimes have to edit this, which can be time consuming,.

Just do it its very easy and will save you hours.

"SwipedOn - Fantastic software and support"

What do you like best?

Easy to use and setup. Great support and help when you hit a wall. Lot of guides available on SwipedOn website. They are always improving the application and that is good for the customers.

What do you dislike?

All works well. There are a few things that may need improvement.

- It will be better if it can print out in colour.

- It need external wifi network to link up with swipedon server in which I have to subscribe a new internet line for this purpose in some sites without external network.

- Can only use on iPad. And it is annoying that iOS is always updating and rebooting.

"Working with SwipedOn at multiple sites"

What do you like best?

The ease of using the system and to get automated messages via SMS and email once a visitor has locked in. Administrative tasks on this system are also very straight forward and not hard to keep up with. The customer service I received so far is among the best I ever experienced. People from SwipedOn are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly at the same time.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see the option to have multiple visitor agreement pages that also supports graphics. Other than this there is not much I would consider imperfect or missing.

If you like to use a very easy to use visitor kiosk, SwipedOn has come true for us as a very reliable and innovative system. As far as I can tell, the company is still growing and I am curious what the next software enhancements will look like.

Each employee can go on about their daily business and knows that if someone shows up for them they will get promptly notified. This creates a workflow that is not interrupted by taking care of additional tasks when dealing with visitors and all associated work, such as manual logs to file etc.

"Great, easy solution for guest management."

We like how easy it was to setup and start using, we were up and running within an hour of ordering and getting a tablet.

What do you dislike?

I may have missed it, but would love to see a screen saver for the iPad to prevent screen burnout.

"Easily implimented solution for small to mid size companies"

What do you like best?

The ease of implementation and use. Minimal to no training required, very intuitive UI. The front end is nicely designed and gives a more professional feel to reception (no more cumbersome sign in books). Very easy for end users to sign in quickly & efficiently.

What do you dislike?

Ability to upload a short video for visitor safety / responsibilities would be nice. Option to have a regular visitor only sign a visitor agreement once, complaints that they have to sign every time. Broader scope for options on badge printing hardware.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Main issue was visitors not signing our visitor agreement (safety, responsibilities etc). SwipedOn has solved this problem with the insistence of a signed agreement prior to signing in.

Another issue has been the reconciliation of people in the building for evacuation purposes, the SwipedOn evacuation list is an excellent way of quickly seeing who is on the premises.

"Swipedon workplace visitor tracking made simple"

What do you like best?

The system is super easy to configure and deploy, its ease of use and reporting are equivalent to much more expensive bespoke systems that are much more difficult to deploy!

What do you dislike?

Improved options for visitor flow would be good - the ability to handle different types of site visitor and change the field path they travel through, for example a contractor would be handled differently to a office visitor etc.

Cloud Based. Would like a local based version that can be updated as revisions are released.

"Better for the experience"

What do you like best?

In today’s world with security and Health & Safety concerns being very real, it’s is important that work places and organisations such as schools know who is there, when they arrived and when they left.

SwipedOn is simple to use from and organisational and visitor stand point, captures data simply and keeps accurate records. It looks good as well which is always important in th A day and age.

What do you dislike?

The only dislike is that I can’t justify having one at home yet- maybe when my daughters reach the age of 14/15...

"Very satisfied with this product."

What do you like best?

We love the professionalism that this software provides our company. We have been using SwipedOn since the start of the year and since then we have received numerous positive comments from visitors to our organisation. The system is easy to use and returning visitors can save their details for future use.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that we dislike about this software. It does everything that it promises and everything that we need it to do.

Swiped on currently benefits our business with OH&S by providing real time evacuation lists and employee movements. It also provides a database of all visitors who have attended our facility. It negates the need for front office staff to have to locate other team members who have visitors waiting for them by sending them an SMS or email.

"SwipedOn has made guest check-in management a breeze!"

What do you like best?

I love the fact that I never have to manage this system unless I want to make changes. Consistently runs and I have not once had any issues in nearly 2 years.

What do you dislike?

I am not able to consolidate all of our companies location into one account. This stems from us needing different sign-in forms for different sites. Which, doesn't happen to be a feature yet.

It has freed up a large amount of our receptionist's time for other tasks by taking guest management and document control out of her hands. Making audits a breeze!

"Excellent Support Team"

What do you like best?

I absolutely love that the team are there instantly to support you if you are experiencing any issues. They are extremely helpful and always available.

What do you dislike?

I have seen other apps where guests can scan a Barcode/ QR code on their business card to sign in. This would be an excellent feature for Swiped on I think.

I would definitely recommend, it is so easy to set up, especially when you have limited time. Support team are fantastic and always available. They always take on board suggestions or issues you have.

"Simplicity at best"

What do you like best?

Really simple and fast, doesn't clutter with unnecessary features. It also has a clean and modern look, very well priced for a small business who doesn't receive a lot of visitors. Also very for different requirements and needs.

What do you dislike?

It does lack some branding and design features. However could take away from the simplicity and speed of the current system

A contractor sign in system makes it very easy to manage contractors on site. It is significantly better than a manual sign in book system.

What do you like best?

I like how user friendly the software is it can be used by anyone with very little training it really is so easy to work with. When we went live with this it was very easy to do and the support from them was second to none.

The only thing that i could say about SwipedOn is that they need to implement improvements more quickly.

"Great service!"

What do you like best?

We've been using SwipedOn for the last few here in the office. And it's the easiest best way of logging in our clients and candidates. People often comment on it and I have zero issues recommending them! :)

What do you dislike?

Can't fault anything! If I had to chose something, it would just be nice to have an option to upload our own pictures in the background.

"Excellent tool to replace paper based guest registration system"

What do you like best?

Modern look, ease of use, affordable pricing for a small company

What do you dislike?

Dislike is too strong a word but we have requested some enhancements such as allowing bulk upload of pre-registered guests and allowing pre-registering via mobile app to minimise congestion at the reception.

No harm doing a trial to get a feel.

What do you like best?

The ease of use ensures all employees and customers can simply sign into site at literally a swipe of a button. The capability to email users when a visitor has arrived is fantastic and the emergency evacuation mode makes a pain of a task so simple.

I highly recommend using this product, the ease of use ensures your employees are able to efficiently sign in/out allowing you to know who is available and when.

"Simple & very effective"

What do you like best?

Professional & intuitive interface with the ability to customise the sign-in process to incorporate a visitor induction. The ability to manage a building with multiple access points.

What do you dislike?

As a user of the system I have no significant dislikes of the system. I have not come across any negative comments from staff.

"Easy to set up and use"

What do you like best?

So easy to set up, was up and running in less than an hour

What do you dislike?

Nothing really perhaps a little expensive for functionality used.

"Quick setup and easy to use"

The setup is quick and easy, it looks professional to the public and they have no problems using it.

"Excellent App that allows easy control of employee attendance and visitors."

What do you like best?

Ease of setup and the great customer support.

What do you dislike?

I would like individual employees to enter a 4 digit pin number to sign in and out, to prevent employees swiping each other in and out.

Fire safety regulations. We need to account for everyone in the building should there be a fire.

We also like the positive image it gives of our business when we have visitors.

I found out about Swipedon during an internet search...did not expect a life changing experience...but once we start using it for various locations the coolness and control for visitor became a must factor.

"Great visitor app"

What do you like best?

This app was very easy to use and setup and use

What do you dislike?

The only thing i didn't like was how many steps it took for visitors to sign out but that issue was solved in the last update

"Easy to use, and just works"

What do you like best?

Looks very professional when visitors arrive, allows staff to sign in quickly and easily, and works well when we have a fire drill.

Nothing - it works well and we are rolling it out at a second school.

"Amazing service! Fast response and friendly CS team!"

What do you like best?

Customer service is great. Providing solutions to all issues in a very organized manner is one of their greatest assets. They keep you updated and will not leave you hanging and wondering of what's happening with the problem.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really. Everything is working perfectly with our SwipedOn. I think they have all the right features for a reception software.

One of the cost-effective benefits is having an iPad in the reception without the need of human intervention. Thus, saving us a payroll spot for a receptionist.

The system is very simple to use and navigate, it enhances are profile for visitors

It covers all our requirements and therefore there is no part that is particularly disliked. Maybe a second terminal would be beneficial without cost.

"Easy to use, but often glitchy"

Eliminates the need for a receptionist to greet guests and keeps track with pictures

It is often glitchy, as in there is a long delay between the check-in and the time the e-mail is received.

"Love SwipedOn"

What do you like best?

Very easy to use. Love the back end that allows you to pre register visitors to make it easy for them to sign in.

It has replaced our employee sign in/out board. Works great for that. And the price is right!

I wish visitors weren't required to put in a company. Other than that it's a fantastic system.
