What do you like best?
The tool is very easy adn intuitive to use with a very nice visualisation of data in charts and graphs. In addition you have always an option to either export ready to use image of a chart or a raw data for further manipullations in excel.
True discovery if you need a real time insights, crisis tracking or social monitoring. Great variety of media types being tracked increases the volume of mentions, and make probability of crawling every possible mention higher.
What do you dislike?
Current way system analyses the sentiment can be improved a little; also would be nice to have an option easily switch between work spaces to decrease the time for data extraction.
Adding an option to crawl data from a very specific media type on your own (e.g. one blog or forum or twitter account only).
Woudl be great to have an option to see directly in the tool for tweets some pure social metrics (retweets, favorites), to quickly understand performance of the post.

I would highly recommend the tool to the others: fast to learn, easy to use, great help from Synthesio if any questions, they are always ready to see if there are any possible solutions for your matter.

Digging for social insights and audience insights in order to build a smart strategy for product launches and always on content, smart targetting for paid pushes. As well a key element for crisis management, and reporting, with potential intervention if needed from community manager.
Huge help for social monitoring when the purely social activation is launched (hashtag tracking, keywords + overall sentiment).
