"Great compliment to Salesforce "

What do you like best?

I love that you can scan a business card and have it create a contact directly in salesforce. Also, I love that I can have salesforce completely offline.

What do you dislike?

The OCR software for the tool can be a lot better than what it is. It many times doesnt recognize the important fields. Also, it’s annoying that some of my meetings that I have like flights, I get a notification from tact asking me for a summary.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having all the meetings and contacts logged in salesforce is great and makes life easier for us. Also, having an option to just write notes at end of meetings is great and reminds us to do the work.

"Easily Tackle your Field Sales Role from the Road!"

What do you like best?

Tact makes it easy to access customer data and submit Trip Reports on the fly, so you can maximize your day and reduce time spent on administrative tasks.

What do you dislike?

Opportunity screen shows old/closed opportunities as well as current. Need to show the Stage % at a glance, so we do not mix up old deals with current.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easily view customer data before walking in for a Cold Call or meeting. Fast and easy to enter trip reports and search for contacts. Email tracking has been useful for important messages.

"Sales Tools Integrated "

What do you like best?

Mapping contacts makes it easy to fill unscheduled time. Adding contacts off of business cards is a fantastic feature where SFDC is severely lacking.

What do you dislike?

The list is growing smaller and smaller - the developers and team are doing a great job addressing any issues and requests I have made. I look forward to a desktop version.

This is a massive improvement from the SFDC app.

I am in field sales; I live in trip reports. Having easy line-of-sight to contact/opportunities/maps/email/calendar is a game-changer!

"Progressive and Time Saving!"

What do you like best?

Speed, immediate response and accepts feedback with optimism.

What do you dislike?

Still working on the map functions because the information it is pulled from is flawed information.

"Tact Review"

What do you like best?

I think the key word here is "intuitive". The app is so easy to use that any misgivings towards adoption based on a learning curve are unfounded. Easy to understand, easy to use, easy to adopt.

What do you dislike?

There are a few upcoming functionalities that aren't yet in place.

"Best Sales App Ever Developed"

What do you like best?

The geo locate function is by far my favorite part, but the whole application is amazing.

What do you dislike?

The opportunity entry feature could be a little easier but the developers are working on it.

What do you like best?

Salesforce , and the opportunity part is the best. Love that I can keep my OPPs at reach easily

The interface is a little challenging, needs the call log, and the opp updates to be easier

"Fast, easy, and reliable."

What do you like best?

It is fast, reliable, and easy to use. It saves me so much time.

What do you dislike?

Not enough integration. I only wish that the app could do more.

Entering Trip reports is so quick and easy that I can enter them right when I get out of the meeting. Meaning it saves me time when I get home from having to do it, and the notes are more accurate since they are fresh in my mind.

"Good App"

What do you like best?

Steps to access the information I need are minimal. Very easy to complete the mundane tasks necessary for the job.

What do you dislike?

I would like to be able to open opportunities from the account overview page, not go out to opportunities.

I'm capturing more information from meetings, in part by inputting information immediately following, but also because Tact saves me time with mostly everything I need to capture being on one screen.

"Why you need tact"

What do you like best?

Tact is amazing for remembering things, taking notes, and staying organized. It’s so simple that you’ll wonder why you haven’t always had it. Love the sfdc integrations.

What do you dislike?

Needed tact to show all sfdc deal ID’s. I’ve had an issue and it was rectified by the team.

I can operate at the speed I want to all from my mobile. It prompts me even when I forget things.

"Great product with a bright future"

What do you like best?

Company leadership is fantastic to work with. Very flexible and willing to listen to new product ideas. The Tact platform allows our sales reps to make key updates to SF.com while they are in their car after a sales meeting.

What do you dislike?

Our corporate IT security has created issues with the e-mail functionality, not a show stopper but prevents us from using all the features.

Our recorded sales call activity increased by over 10% once we deployed Tact to our reps, and our opportunity information is more up to date.

Ability to call and log calls from the app.

Wish logging was done in a more automated fashion. I.e. after a meeting on my calendar automatically log activity to all attendees on invite.

the way i can use TACT is simple and easy.

What do you like best?

Being able to look up contacts and log calls etc all in one central, easy to use place.

What do you dislike?

There is currently no desktop version so writing full customer notes on your phone can be very time consuming

Tact gives you single pane of glass access for email and calendar and also helps to keep track of email communications and ease of historical data search

"Very intelligent and efficient algorithm "

What do you like best?

Tact’s AI-powered makes storing client information very easy. logs data from voice and SMS in your CRM and makes it accessible anywhere. It’s an impressive use of AI to free up your sales team for more sales.

What do you dislike?

Had a couple instances where software was not syncing automatically. Not sure if it is a recurring issue.

We are able to get back to clients quicker because all their information is easily accessible and available and there no chance of it getting lost.

It’s a great new way to work and talk with your customers; which increases revenue growth, sales productivity and the customer experience. It can be used at most locations, like your office or car

I love this software. It provides information through touch, chat and voice. With a simple request I had access to customer data & insights scattered across multiple systems such as CRM, email, calendar, and legacy databases.
