"Full Service Tool for Recruiting Agencies looking for a flexible product"

What do you like best?

The ability to change and adjust almost anything in the system makes it extremely flexible to accommodate almost any business operations scenario..

What do you dislike?

Support is great but new feature roll-out can be daunting, time-consuming & bug-prone.

We were Bullhorn + Salesforce running our business in two separate and expensive systems. Talent Rover allows us to conduct all of our business processes in one place from Tales to Placements. Our recruiters and BD people now have the ability to communicate well between each other and get their work done more efficiently.

"Talent Rover "

What do you like best?

Navigability is excellent. It also allows for customization of our workflow. Reporting and custom dashboards are nice.

What do you dislike?

The email feature is clunky, so I still do all emailing out of Outlook.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would definitely recommend Talent Rover. It is the best staffing/recruiting sales tool I have utilized. In the last five years we have tried 4 different systems, and this is by far the best.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We provide staffing and consulting for Healthcare IT clients. Benefits are ability to track client interactions, meetings, pipeline projects.

"Not exactly the best foot forward"

What do you like best?

CRM functionality works nice with recruiting. Freedom from forced workflow.

What do you dislike?

1. Chief complaint is the level of customer service. They rely solely on email and when you ask for a more in-depth resolution, your likely to get a snarky response that has just a hint of condescension.

2. While we probably didn't have a seasoned project manager lead our implementation, now that we new people in admin roles, they prefer not to interact with the new contacts because they just have, as they put it, "bigger clients" to work with on implementations. We have yet to sign-off on user acceptance testing the project manager won't give us the time of day.

3. What they demo and what they deliver is not the same. We asked for something they presented and we got a quote to build what they presented to already have as a timecard option.

You may want to consider eRecruit or JobDiva.

As a new user, I've found this company to care very little about user engagement and long-term partnership..

"As the President of our company, I've had high level exposure to it's functionality."

What do you like best?

The CRM was built for our industry. It uses industry terminology and can match our workflows fairly easily. Additionally, the team continues to capture best practices in our industry and make the appropriate enhancements.

What do you dislike?

Time it's taken to go live with all aspects of the tool.

CRM, ATS, back office workflow.
