What do you like best?
It's easy to use for all levels (entry to advanced) and serves the needs of our range of global clients. As a Talkwalker power user, it's important for me to have a range of functionality, as this has allowed me to find new and interesting approaches to answering client questions.
As someone who's used quite a few tools on the market, Talkwalker is the one that left me with the fewest questions asking 'it would be great if they had that' as they have so much functionality and have clearly built this with an analyst in mind as opposed to features that just look/sound 'cool' in theory. Also, there are several things I am yet to use, but great to know capabilities are there when we have a suitable use case and continuously adding new features.
What do you dislike?
That search results are not infinite and instead capped, but this is a limitation on most tools on the market.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you want a tool that can suit all levels of analysts, and offers a range of filters, sub-filters, and platform coverage then this is the tool for you. Also the ability to use a variety of advanced Boolean operators, which any technical user will very much appreciate. The customer service to date has also been excellent.
