"White Label Friendly "

What do you like best?

We work with many newspapers, ad agencies and media buyers and need to be able to brand them to their customers. The branding is virtually limitless. No matter how many customers we add and customer campaigns they add, we can easily make sure their logo is always in front of their customer. Also having the best customer service out of all the partners we use, led us to increase are use and sign a new contract!

What do you dislike?

I seriously can't think of one! The updates to the system continue to address are wants and needs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to import data from are largest vendor who doesn't have an API connection. TapClicks worked tirelessly to get this up and rolling and when we could get no response on updates from our vendor on progress, TapClicks with in minuets of our request updated us not only their efforts but also on our vendor. That left me speechless!

"Great Software, Great Customer Service, Powerful Platform but has Issues"

What do you like best?

When it actually works:

Ease of connecting data, presenting data exactly how I want it presented (PDF emailed reports monthly of dashboards, type of data on dashboards, ability to view date ranges on dashboard). Used To Email PDF Attachments and type outlines as "Reports" - then made the big jump to this. Immediately it saved me 40hrs/month on reports between around 20 clients. Cuts report time to 15-30 each mins each max - for our written summary basically only, and marketing directors can easily train team members to use it and set up new dashboards.

Great client management/user management/data profiles management system, white label features, the number of data connectors blows everything else away.

What do you dislike?

Feature sets at higher plan levels unclearly presented by reps, when we upgraded upgrade to get the leads data import in native Tapclicks UI (at first we were using Google docs/sheets embeds which looked horrible on PDF emailed version). The ability to merge said lead sources together that I upgraded to, requires yet another upgrade?!

Google Data Studio looms overhead as a free better solution and is improving fast withconnectors and things like Supermetrics for 3rd party data connectors that are much less expensive as an overall solution. But lacks more professional features like the emailing of reports, and Tapclicks is a few steps ahead with very customizable date sets and customizable send dates. However, a scheduled reporting feature is scheduled this year to come out on Google Data Studio

Update 4/13/18

We are consistently having issues with CallRail disconnecting, reports that are scheduled that automatically go out without data with CallRail and their Google Sheet connector for leads. The main reason we upgraded from lowest to middle plan, and it keeps breaking and has been nothing but a nightmare.

On top of that, they do monthly updates, and the most recent they changed the Move/Resize system which broke all the PDFs that are scheduled to go out, and have been going out broken to clients. They look at that first page, and it's all messed up, has been a real bad look, a huge hassle. Real big black eye hearing it from clients. Should allow an option to opt out of Tapclick software update(s), or revert in this case of breaking every single clients' reports.

Understand the software has a ton of options and fit it to your needs customizing those options, will be to your benefit.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Make reports much easier, less time consuming, and have a nice PDF in email boxes once a month 3 days after billing cycle is a beautiful type of system in combination with two team members one to do the written part of the report 1 day after billing cycle and a second person for the 2nd day after as part a check&balance management system to have 100% perfect report by the 3rd day when the report sends out.

"TapClicks helps us provide better reporting services in a faster manner for our various clients"

What do you like best?

TapClicks has deep integrations with more platforms than any reporting and analytics software company in the marketplace. Their engineering team works quickly to implement changes proposed by paying customers. TapClicks provides much better service and strategy than any software analytics company our team has worked with over the course of our careers.

What do you dislike?

I honestly have no complaints or reasons to dislike the technology or service TapClicks provides. Nearly every company has room for improvement, and TapClicks proves to be an agile company that is open to change and always looking to improve.

TapClicks helps us automate our reporting and analytics services for our growing list of client. Gone are the days when we had to work in spreadsheets. We migrated our client reporting to TapClicks after working with Acquisio for 12 months. TapClicks is much better than our previous provider. TapClicks also enables our clients to have 24/7 access to their performance data. This helps us save even more time because our team no longer has to field constant questions on how campaigns are performing. TapClicks also helps us automate our account optimization process and internal financial reporting.

"Great for startups and multi-client agencies"

What do you like best?

We've used a number of data visualization & reporting tools in the market. The challenge with most of them is the efficient connection to your data sources. As a programmatic media solutions team, we rely heavily on Doubleclick and other marketing/analytics software to provide our clients with superior results. Building a custom solution for each data source is not scalable for our programmatic-focused team. With TapClicks, we've been able to illuminate insights with clients and internally quicker and more efficiently so client calls focus more on strategic and tactical changes versus reporting. This is a big win for us and our clients.

What do you dislike?

Our use case might be unique but there is not an effective way to marry two data sources across all objects. We can marry only at specific degrees which is limited to the extent the fields pulled through the API. Additionally, we would like to have the option to keep our sign-in active for a longer period so we can show across a public monitor.

Understand that TapClicks is a reporting solution. It is not a business intelligence solution.

With TapClicks we are trying to eliminate the costly time to generate delivery reports and focus more on strategic and tactical opportunities with our clients. TapClicks assures us that our clients can login to our white-labeled reporting module to quickly see data. This is highly effective for our team.

"TapClicks help me to manage my marketing analytics"

What do you like best?

TapClicks helps me to manage my marketing analytics. The interface is designed to be interactive to monitor all the activities. The whole service is easy and intuitive. It use multiple source (social media for example) from different platform to help you have anything under control. You can decide when you want the reports (daily, weekly or montly reports) and can export the analytics in any format you want. You can even implement it with Dropbox or Google Drive.

What do you dislike?

Even if is so accurate and well integrated with many sources, if you need more specifical analitycs data from just one source Tap Clicks seems not able to do it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I can only say that Tap Clicks has visibly improved our possibilities in the social networking field. Thanks to the software we are able to understand our viewers needs and to be in line with our products.

I use TapClicks to keep under control all the responses to all our activityes accross all our platform. Since we deal with the film industry we need to understand what is that catch the viewers attention to be in line with the needs.

"Good platform for use cases and deployment scope"

What do you like best?

TapClicks provide you a great visual experience, rapresenting the data in a catchy way. This also helps you to better and quickly analyze the data. You can easily use TapClicks thanks to his intuitive interface and slack design. This provides you more time to develope dashboards and clients reports. TapClicks also have a great integration with other software and platform, helping us to add all services in a second.

What do you dislike?

About integration sometimes appear that some of them need some work (occasionally you have to calculate yourself devices clicks, impression percentage, etc). If TapClicks improve the dashboards organization this would be helpful, folders and maybe customizable icons for them will improve our work. Also a more customizable theme would be appreciate, since sometimes you have to work with darker or lighter color (depends on the eye sensibility).

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you need to run multi-channel digital marketing campaigns this is the best tools you can ever find to organize and read the data. Also you can easily create a visual story of the campaign, with the social media or platform you used, to show your client (even the dummiest one) how your campaign improved their company.

I use TapClicks in our digital marketing consultations area, to take data from our advertising campaigns to use with our offline analytics. In this way we can quickly create branded reports that we can send to our clients and/or put in our archive for record.

"Amazing Customization and Strong Customer Service"

What do you like best?

The customization we are able to achieve through the number of platform integrations and what we can do with the data through calculations, groupings, widgets, and dashboards lets us build our own tools and customize based on our clients needs.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes, as when you're dealing with large amounts of data, data can go missing or be inaccurate. When this happens, it can take days to fix.

TapClicks is constantly growing and enhancing their platform, so you can go to them with what you want to see, and they actually take the time to implement. It's not a stale platform where what you get right now is all is will ever be, they add more and more each month.

We use TapClicks both as an order management system and a reporting portal for our clients. Because of this, there is one location for our clients to access all of their current campaigns and the data.

"The Perfect Agency Reporting Tool "

What do you like best?

The amount of services integrated into the Tapclicks platform is incredible. Every third party vendor you would use under the agency umbrella is accounted for.

We loved the ease in setting up a custom dashboard that enabled us to see the exact analytics relevant to our clients. Within these dashboards, the widgets are very clean, concise, and provide unique insights into what could potentially be boring & monotonous reporting/tracking.

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately, the one metric we've consistently run into issues with is the total Facebook reach numbers. The facebook "Reach" and "Frequency" fields are stored on a daily basis, when looking at a range, this value may differ from the source and in some cases be very inflated. Let it be known that out of the thousands of metrics, this is the only one we've had issues with.

Every month we download PDF's based off of our custom set dashboards and are able to present information & trends to our clients without the hassle of logging into the backend of every vendor we use. This saves us a ton of time.

"Great Dashboard and reporting tool"

What do you like best?

As a small agency we've struggled with managing reporting and providing visuals for our customers. Tapclicks puts everything in one place and their dashboard solution is the best we've come across. In the short time we've been a customer, it has saved us countless hours every week creating and sending manual reports, and has provided a powerful dashboard that creates even more value for our customers.

We run several different types of campaigns from multiple vendors, TapClicks has allowed us to create unique dashboards that can tell individual stories very effectively. Not only is the feature set robust, the support I've received from both the sales and service side is phenomenal. I cannot recommend Tap Clicks enough, and we look forward to continuing to grow with their solution!

What do you dislike?

Like any new system it has a little bit of a learning curve.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is a great tool with a ton of features. I would recommend asking your account/success manager to setup real widgets, views, dashboards, etc with you based on your needs/use (rather than hypothetical ones to demo the capabilities), as this has proven to be one of the more helpful ways for me to learn the software.

Reporting - cuts our reporting time down to zero with the option to send daily, weekly, etc reporting. Live dashboard, customers like the transparency and visuals all in one place.

"Fantastically versatile, great support, but sometimes buggy"

What do you like best?

Tapclicks has an incredibly robust amount of integrations as well as data points that you can pull. There is a lot of freedom and customization features in the dashboards you can build, which is great for creating something unique for each of your clients. Their support staff is exceptionally accountable and available whenever you need them.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes widgets you build on Tapclicks will have data missing or misaligned from its source. 90% of the time it's most likely on the issuers API end and not on Tapclicks end, but it certainly can be frustrating to manage. Fortunately their support staff is quick to rectify and issues.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If there's one thing I love most about TapClicks, it's that it is constantly improving. It's better than anything we've tried before and often, when it's missing something we're interested in, the staff is more than happy to work with you to make it happen.

We're saving a LOT of time an energy with pulling data. Because everything can be integrated into one source, you're able to create yourself efficiencies you didn't realize you could do before. You're even able to set up specific alerts to know when a campaign data point is either not meeting criteria you're concerned about or over exceeding. Again, it's time and time is money.

"TapClicks has been a ride - clever, fun to use, makes reports easier, but also a big undertaking."

What do you like best?

I love the tools to lay out reports -- and they get better each month. But the best resource TapClicks has to offer is our Customer Success Manager, Amoula. She is smart, understands what we need, and appears to move heaven and earth to help us get it.

What do you dislike?

We're trying to make TapClicks do the unusual and detailed reporting that our agency offers and it doesn't always end up well - but it's not for lack of trying on both our side and the TapClicks side. Also, more than one user at a time can't be in a dashboard making edits because it will cause some edits to not show up.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be ready for a learning curve and maybe to get creative when transitioning your reports to TapClicks. We're still tweaking things for a few clients, but we spent 2-3 months just trying to get to the point where we had the reports set up the way we need/like.

We're making our reports more consistent across the agency, saving us time we previously spent doing manual reporting with Powerpoint. The reports look really nice and our clients are impressed.

"A great unified reporting tool and an excellent customer support team"

What do you like best?

TapClicks provides the broadest range of data integrations i've seen built-in and their custom import feature allows user to import their own data for any source not native to the platform. The ability to create fully customized and personalized reporting means our clients are effectively seeing totally unique reporting even among other TapClicks users as we can determine the metrics, calculations, and custom combinations that are unique to our company. Include the integration of custom data imports and you can create a proprietary reporting solution without the need for custom coding, and expensive maintenance retainers. Their engineers stay on top of the API changes from the data integrations and the release pace means they are always pressing forward.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike, however in the past the pace of updates and new releases has made it a challenge to keep our dashboards current with the latest and greatest features. There are some (but very few) limitations on dashboard design.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Consult with the team on your plan for execution prior to building out your integration. Going back to revise your instance after the fact can be tedious. We use the Elite version so my commentary is specifically relevant for that level.

We are using TapClicks to provide 24/7 detailed campaign reporting, automated scheduled report delivery, and campaign KPI tracking for clients across our company. We have seen TapClicks grow tremendously in their effectiveness over the years. Their dashboard creation process has improved to the point where we can do everything we've been wanting to do to show our clients a detailed (but not overwhelming) picture of our marketing programs with SummitMedia.

"Great, but room for improvement"

What do you like best?

The customer service is so helpful. Anytime I have a question I can always reach out to Jitin and he is able to help in a timely manner. I love that the customization allows me to curate reporting data in a format that is easily understandable to my clients.

What do you dislike?

Every time I seem to log into TapClicks it seems as though one of the widgets is bugging out. It can be inconvenient when I am needing to pull a client's report an the widgets aren't pulling the data correctly. I also think it can be restrictive when I am using a platform that TapClicks isn't connected to. I would love an easy way to manually input information so I can display data from platforms that TapClicks isn't partnered with.

"Great Analytics/Reporting Tool But Needs More Data Granularity"

What do you like best?

The variety of data visualizations available ready-to-go in the platform. Great helpdesk that are quick to answer questions and troubleshoot specific problems. Consistent new releases happen every month or more often if applicable. The dashboard is intuitive and has a short learning curve.

What do you dislike?

Unable to break out conversion data by pixel/tag. Delay in refresh data. Consistently out of sync with Facebook conversion revenue due to conversion window discrepancy. We are currently unable to include all of the desired data points in the dashboards as TapClicks doesn't pull all data points in the auto-sync at this time. The unavailable data points include Custom Conversions from Facebook and Conversion Type and Conversion Source from AdWords.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It's great if you have uncomplicated data that needs to be visualized and/or you want to stop sending basic excel reporting to clients. If you have a complex pixel strategy, consider that before working with TapClicks. It may be on their roadmap, and TapCliks is the best dashboard software we've found, but it won't give you the granularity that you're probably looking for.

"Versatile & Useful"

What do you like best?

My favorite thing about TapClicks is having access to our rep, Steve - he's super helpful and helps with customizations that help us provide reports based on client needs.

What do you dislike?

That some filters are not available out of the box. The platform can be very slow at times.

Don't expect implementation to be an overnight thing - there's a lot of moving parts, and as an agency, you will likely need customization. However, the support is very good. Our representative is very responsive.

Visually pleasant and customizable reports. Takes manual work out of how we have been reporting in the past.

"TapClicks Review"

What do you like best?

I like that Tap is constantly improving its usage and that my rep is always available for any questions or requests I might have. There is a great amount of customization within the site, in addition to the add-ons and troubleshooting the engineers have helped me with. I've been using Tap for over a year now and the improvements they've made are incredible,

What do you dislike?

Sometimes with new releases, there are bugs I wish were handled beforehand, but they're usually good about fixing them quickly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Tap for 100% of my reporting for our clients. Each client has separate needs and levels of understanding data, so the malleability I can control with each report has been tremendous. Whenever I think of something new I would like to display, my rep always makes it happen.

"Great features, laggy experience"

What do you like best?

I like the reporting interface, ability to customize reports and ease of connecting new clients with reporting dashboards.

What do you dislike?

It can take a while to refresh data and find specific orders when sorting through thousands of items.

Make sure new users are aware of the company's internal process when it comes to managing tickets in the TapClicks system. Some mistakes are difficult to reverse when using the software (i.e. accidentally closing out a specific task).

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Trying to generate reports showing PPC results for clients. TapClicks has made it much easier to automate reporting so I have more time to manage my other day to day tasks. I also use it to communicate on and keep track of different accounts. This helps keep a minimal inbox and makes it easy to find specific communication related to specific campaigns.

"TapClicks Is An Amazing Service Our Business Can't Do Without!"

What do you like best?

The ability to work with all PPC Platforms and aggregate the data with custom imported files.

What do you dislike?

Not much. Couldn't be happier with it. If there's an issue it's fixed VERY quickly and the team implements feature requests very quickly.

"TapClicks is a great Marketing Dashboard"

What do you like best?

Not only do I like the functionality and ease of use, but I also love the customization and the ability to create different dashboards for different clients as well as build reports and dashboards that are internally facing. Their customer support is fantastic and my rep is knowledgeable about the platform and its capabilities so my questions and requests get answered very quickly

What do you dislike?

At this time, I don't have any disikes. This platform has lived up to and exceeded expectations.

TapClicks has allowed us the ability to be transparent with our clients and give them performance data on their time and terms. "Hours worth of work in 5 min"

What do you like best?

Layout. It is easy to choose the specific client you want a report for and see what it looks like from their end. Aesthetically laid out, it is easy to find the most important data (how many dollars were spent where).

What do you dislike?

Default menu. When I log in, it defaults to the same client every time, in the middle of the list. Seems odd that there is no rhyme or reason for this, but it may just be my settings.

If you do any kind of digital reporting among multiple platforms, TapClicks can save you a lot of time and effort.

Instead of spending a few hours pulling my data from multiple websites (facebook advertising, adwords, mailchimp...) this software compiles all the data for me. It saves me hours every month.

"Increasingly difficult over the last two years."

What do you like best?

I like the level of detail pulled into the dashboard for most products.

What do you dislike?

There is a serious lag time, it has been going on for awhile and I know being worked on. This lag leads me to not use the dashboard at all, I will go straight to the platform running itself for metrics OR have my campaign managers pull raw exports of metrics for me. It's honestly ridiculous the lag time. I think the dashboard is next to worthless at the moment due to the severe lag. It's my understanding that it has been fixed back down to 24 hour lag, I haven't deterred from using my alternate method yet. I also do not like the lack of detail we're able to pipe in for some of the products/services offered. A few examples are Facebook, Choozle and xAd.

Not at this time, no, I would not recommend. Almost exclusively due to lag time.

No business problems have been solved with TapClick. Benefits are relative to the data piping in in a timely manner, otherwise it's not helpful. If it is it is very helpful.

"Great Dashboard"

What do you like best?

I like the ability to see one client at a time as well as all clients together. It's also nice that you are able to allow your clients to log in to a view only dashboard to view their campaign.

What do you dislike?

There are some connectors that we use for email marketing - FetchRev that they do not have yet.

This allows us to pull data for all clients at once rather than going into each campaign directly and pulling that data.

What do you like best?

Automated reporting and transparency that gives clients access to all of their data.

What do you dislike?

Lacks some functionality with certain API integrations but they have been great in adding what we need through product development enhancements

"Easy To Use Reporting Tool"

What do you like best?

The simple and attractive charts are automatically populated and make reporting information to clients a breeze. We also can provide clients with their own logins to view their dashboard at any time which can save us time pulling data to send clients on demand. Their customer service is extremely helpful and willing to help you with any challenges you are facing with the platform and typically will work with you to solve these to the best of their ability.

TapClicks doesn't integrate with every software our team users, however they are very open to suggestions and allow us to submit any softwares we would like to be connected in the future.

"Detailed Reporting "

What do you like best?

Tap Clicks is a very large program that is great for huge projects. Offers detailed reporting that can be customized to your or your clients needs.

What do you dislike?

Not very easy to figure out. You have to map every piece of a campaign manually. It isnt great for all parts of a campaign. It is good for display campaign reporting and PPC. But not for social management and social advertising.

Take a trial before purchasing. it is expensive

We buy off of 5 different platforms, it helps as manage all platforms for consistent reporting.

They are great at taking suggestions, sometimes things take a bit to get pushed out, but that's just me being impatient, we just love their updates!

"Great reporting software if you are looking for a client dashboard"

I like the customization of the client dashboards and how I can choose who can see what.

I don't like the fact that all of the metrics in Google Analytics aren't available. You must request certain ones to be approved.

"Allows me to track interactions through all my outlets"

I like that I can delegate by client and see what ads where are generating the most engagement.

Their mobile browsing is the most atrocious thing I've ever seen. As a small business owner who is also a stay at home parent, anything I can do from my phone or tablet is getting to save me a ton of time. I can barely manage to sign on from my phone, let alone navigate through data because they're not set up at all for mobile browsing

I think they have a free trial. Try it before you buy it and you'll find it an invaluable tool for social analytics.

"Has Potential, But Still Somewhat Buggy"

What do you like best?

The interface is beautiful and fairly easy to use. The customer support team also did a great job of setting up the team and walking us through the process of adding new accounts.

What do you dislike?

At times I found the system to be a little inflexible and set up is a bit time consuming. There were also a few bugs that they were working out which we encountered (for example, the custom formulas never seemed to work). But the team assured us we're going to be addressed further down the pipeline. It's those bugs that seem to be really holding back the tool.

It's a great tool that shows a lot of promise. In a year or two I suspect all of the bugs will be worked out and this platform will be rock solid.

Quick and easy reporting for clients running paid campaigns across multiple channels (i.e. Search, Social, Analytics, etc.). We definitely took advantage of the visuals which are great for showing clients high level overviews of campaign performance.

Reports at a glance. Interface is easy to understand. God mode activated. We can easily create reports fully customized to our clients' requirements.

Some campaigns are grouped into just one report. I have a client that has multiple campaigns with different settings but the report groups it into one.

This tool probably was the best tool I've used for analytics. It has been very useful in creating thorough reports and information for specific sales reports.

"BI Solution for Publishers with no knowledge of SQL or Python"

What do you like best?

Tons of connected services. Knowledge of SQL or Python is not required. The dashboard can easily be customized. Tons of services/data sources are available to be connected. Quite a few widgets available in the library. I like the built-in Buyer's Journey dashboard.

Difficult to build widgets. Support is slow to respond.

"Most Flexible and Scaleable platform we've ever used"

The guys at tapclicks are amazing. We started a few years ago, and even though there were a few integrations not available - we worked together and had it available. Even with all other data sources they always provide support and alternative solutions when needed.

The integrations are excellent and it can pull in information from just about anywhere. And, if they don't have the integration, they'll work to build it for you.

Sometimes conversions are pulled in from multiple places, or you need to filter data in a certain way to get it to show how you want in Google Analytics. Getting TapClicks to do this can be tough. BUT, the support is excellent and they'll help you create whatever you need.

What do you like best?

Very intuitive based API

Seamless ability to link all of your customized accounts to the robust software and develop customized dashboards.

The developers are very knowledgeable and the customer service is second to none.

What do you dislike?

High price tag. Not for the weak of heart. The basic plan is 500 a month.

It doesn't do an affective job digging into Google analytics

Syncing accounts can take a considerable period of time.

What do you like best?

Our company handles about 50+ SEM clients at a time, so Tapclicks is a great way to view all stats on one site. All AdWords stats, Marchex calls, and many many other sites can be linked so that you can view everything you need.

The site can be very slow at times. Info can look clustered, so more organized viewing would be nice.

What do you like best?

Friendly user ability. It is very easy to migrate through their UI and connect different services. It is also extremely helpful that they have SO many and continuously are adding more and more services to their dashboard, it makes it a great one stop shop for our advertisers. Great pricing too!

There isn't too much I don't like about it. Maybe the only things would be slowness of dashboard update and having to pay per connection.

The transparency of the software makes it really clear when something needs to be addressed and the history of the order is there which is useful.

I dislike a bit, such as having to close tickets each time you make a comment, the delay it takes for a comment to close, the slowness to add new products, the amount of bugs (like now mass closing tickets creates a comment for each open ticket).

Well designed and always expanding support for new services/applications. Allows for easy creation of customer accounts. Good for customer relations.
