"Great for reaching new clients"

What do you like best?

I really enjoy TapJoy because I am able to reach new clients I never would have been able to reach before just by social media.

What do you dislike?

I cannot say much that I do not like about TapJoy because I have only been a user for a short time, although I can say its somewhat confusing starting out, looking around you definitely get the hang of it!

Recommendations to others considering the product

TapJoy really is a great product, don't rely on it as your only advertisement source though. Still, use other ways to advertise! Overall a great program, easy to use!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving being able to reach new consumers in different states I wouldn't normally be able to reach just by my other advertisements.

"Organized management of rewards."

What do you like best?

The "smart search" option is very accurate. I am able to search for offers using the IDFA, Ticket ID and the like.

Most of the issues with the offers require a search for the offers and further investigation. Users are very keen on getting their rewards from the offers.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the statuses of the offers are inaccurate. It would say that the offer is in "Progress". However, there would still be times where TapJoy is unable to process the offer for the user.

The interface is nice and the search bars seem to be accurate.

TapJoy hosts special offers for our games. These special offers give our player base the oppurtunity to earn gold from doing tasks.

"The information you need from the tool itself is all shown in 1 page. I would say 9/10"

What do you like best?

The status of an offer is indicated. Whether it shows Action required or Denied, the information you need is already displayed.

What do you dislike?

Not dislike, but a room for improvement. They could add a few tabs instead of using the "smart search".

The tool they use to verify customer's concern is without a doubt, complete.

Customer support. I realized that you also need to coordinate with Tapjoy support when your users experience issues with the Special Offers

"Alright for marketing your product "

What do you like best?

Allows you to take advantage of the huge number of people who play games on their phones. Your product is shown to these users when they play their games and provides advertisement for your product.

What do you dislike?

When Tapjoy fails and gamers don't get the points they were supposed to gain, gamers often contact us (the business using Tapjoy) about this failure instead of Tapjoy. Wish it was more clear that users should contact Tapjoy instead, when there is failure of gaining points.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Marketing the product so more users will download and use the app.

What do you like best?

They provide players the rewards from our current games in the company

The escalations is not been reviewed immediately when needed

They're good for Special offers in the game but the escalations is a little bit tricky

What do you like best?

It definitely helps us in locating the offers completed and in progress by our customers.

Sometimes it doesn't search the given email and it lags.

"TapJoy Offers "

What do you like best?

Lots of offers available. They are quite generous with the giveaways. Their claim process is pretty that other special offers provider.

What do you dislike?

Some claims are lost due to change of IDs which could make customers think they are being scammed.

They have a better process of providing claims. They have a special software for processing them.

They provide fast support and allows the reopening of previous claims that are no longer available in-app.

"Provides opportunities, but can generate bad will."

What do you like best?

The platform can provide users with in-game currency that they might not otherwise be able to acquire.

What do you dislike?

Depending on how products are presented, there are several instances of auto-renewals, hidden fees and recurring charges. These type of tactics can ultimately lead to negative views of the platform and/or game, as well as possible overall bad will towards the platform/game.

"Easy to navigate & support is awesome "

What do you like best?

rely on our diverse suite of rewarded video & media ads to improve performance. Developers acquire high-value users and generate more revenue

What do you dislike?

Its really great although sometimes its hard to understand some of the explanations they give to questions

For the normal person like me. Overall it's great!

"Easy to use and adaptable"

What do you like best?

I like the way I can easily select each option and how fast the transaction completes

What do you dislike?

Sometimes, I select an option and it does not allow me to click through. Not sure if this has to do with the internet connection or Tapjoy

Able to implement any reward program. Add as quickly as subtract an option.
